I've interacted with several different staff members, but today I had the pleasure of being helped by Angie (if that's not her name, I apologize!). She has a bright, welcoming personality and offered great advice and recommendations. Talking to her felt like chatting with a friend I've known for weeks, even though I was only there for about 20 minutes. All the other staff members I've met have been incredibly sweet as well. One girl even told me that if I needed any assistance, I should let her know, and she would be happy to help. If you've read this far, I assume you're considering leaving a review. Please remember that if you don't achieve the result you wanted, it's not the staff's fault. They are doing their best to assist you in any way possible. Please be kind and avoid exaggerating your negative experiences just because you're not satisfied.

I didn't have my receipt but I should be fine so I thought because they have all my purchases on record. So when I got there I told Norma I didn't have my receipts and then she asked me when I purchased it , I told her I didn't know but she can check my history for that information. Then she proceeded to tell me Sephoras return policy. I told her first find my purchase date, if it is past there return policy date you can tell me. She was asking me unnecessary stuff. She was taking a while looking into it and then she again asked me when did I buy it. I had already told her I didn't know when I bought it. By then I saw how she was fumbling around and she didn't want to figure out how to give me my refund. She was making it so complicated that I told her to get somebody else. Mel came and within a minute she was able to handle and gave me my refund. Thank God for contrast. Otherwise we wouldn't appreciate pleasant experience or know it when bad experiences happens. While my friend was looking for the right product, the associate Izzy helping her was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and super sweet, with a beautiful smile. I sent the following complaint to corporate recently: At about 6pm on Saturday 6/28/14, I drove 13 miles from my home to the Sally's in Georgetown, TX at Wolf Ranch Towncenter. Sally's was my destination in my big vehicle with low gas mileage. When I entered the store with my teen son, a young employee answered my greeting. My son and I were on the hair color row for a long time (5 minutes)as I was in need of a color change that required a lot of thought. An older employee came down the aisle with a broom. She did not greet me nor did she offer to help me find something. She said "Don't move," and she SWEPT AROUND MY SANDALED FEET! I stepped back and cried out. She said "What? I didn't get your toes." I was LIVID. I shouted "Am I in your way?? Are you crazy? Guess what? Sallys won't be getting my money today! You have ZERO MANNERS!" And I left the store with my son. I am a regular Sally's customer in California. I recently moved to Texas and this was my first visit here. Mind you, I was happy and excited to be going to Sally's! I intended to buy hair color, developer and scissors. So, I would have spent about $45 - $50. Lost revenue is not the point here, really. I am 53 years old and have NEVER been treated like dirt on the floor in any retail establishment before tonight. Now tha I think of it, NO ONE ANYWHERE has ever treated me that way! Get your district manager out to that store in Wolf Ranch Towncenter to teach your employees common courtesy!! I will probably be back -- but to a different Sally store. I was attend the tail end of the open house. They have a large selection of extensions in an assortment of textures and colors including human and synthetic hair. I do not wear extensions, but if I did, this would be the place to go. Sistah Sistah also has the largest braid accessories I have ever seen. In addition, they have shampoos, conditioners, rollers, hair oils, etc. I ended up buying a comb, brush and some hair products. The store representative was super friendly and helpful in pointing you to a specific product you might be interested in. Looking forward to dropping by when I need more hair products...
