Stopped in here for Candle Day 2025 and had a great experience. I went really early in the morning after they first opened and it was packed, but the employees did a great job of helping everyone move through the store. I was able to get some recommendations on the newer candle scents to shop for this year and loaded up 2 bags full of candles. Really clean store, friendly employees, and they had all hands on deck to make sure the shelves were stocked and the checkout lines were short. Would definitely come back to this location. When I walk in, I am always greeted warmly and they aske me if I need help. They don't hound me if I say no, but are very polite when or if I need help. They always ask if found everything that I was looking for. If they didn't have something in stock, they suggest that I look online for it as a kind reminder of their online store. Always a good experience! read more

8/23/2024: REN's customer service was off the wall today. REN went out of his way to assist me from start to finish. The only complaint I have was that there was no greeter at the front door. I've worked at this location in the past and greeting customers was a must. I asked the associate Meg I believe that's her name, if they stopped greeting customers and she said no, but that she was busy with another customer when I came into the store. Overall, REN, Alyssa, and Kristin made up for the lack of customer service experienced by the associate who claimed she was busy with someone else. The associate acted as though she didn't want to be there and showed no smile whatsoever. Her customer service was very lackluster. I'm not sure if her name is Meg, but she is a thick woman with blonde hair and wore glasses. Her hair was long and she was near the air fresheners looking down at a book smh. read more

This store has issues. Not sure why they just choose to close the store one day saying their ac is out. Apparently, they said same thing as another store same day. They just choose to not work. I had online orders to pick up. Wasted my time and gas and see all these workers inside stocking shelves and cleaning. It's BS! I've had other issues in the past where they just canceled people's online orders for the day. And you weren't made aware until you tried to pick them up (after receiving email stating it was ready). Please get a better manager to run this store. They are apparently in their 20's and think it's their right to just not work. ‍ read more

Don't order on line for instore pu if you want to receive your items! This store has gone down hill fast. For the past few months I can't recommend using instore pu online. This is the 5th time I've ordered on line ( I usually order mon - thur not even the weekend) and I usually order before 2pm to try to ensure that I can get my items picked up the same day. That's just not the case. It has been taking 24hrs or more with me calling the store, that's when they pu the phone. I can get amazon delivered before then. In all of the cases I usually order 10 to 15 items and all are available, but by the time my order is ready only 2 or 3 of the items are ready for pu. It's just not worth my time for that, so I usually end up canceling my order. If you want the items you want, for this location you need to drive to the store during the day to get what items you want. read more

There was definitely no lack of places where you could sanitize your hands and even a place to wash them. Face masks were worn by the staff and customers. We needed to re-up on hand soap and small hand sanitizers. Great sale, good stuff. read more

First time in Texas to visit family and decided to spoil my sister a little. Luckily for us, there was a sale on all the body mists and a promotion buy 3 get 1 free regular priced items. Long story short, I forgot my free item and went back to see if they could adjust it and although it was a small hassle, Terra was very patient and nice while helping us. Two other ladies assisted her and we ended up leaving with our free item and a great shopping experience! Thank you ladies :) will definitely be back again! read more

I like their perfumes. I wanted to return a perfume bottle because it leaks at the bottom. Warm vanilla sugar. it is an older bottle but their slogan is: return anything anytime for any reason. Unfortunately the bottle had no barcode anymore but obviously it is their product. same issue with an air refresher. They did not return or replace it. disappointed! For what the slogan?? read more

I've been coming here since they opened. Every single time I'm offered help multiple times which is awesome! They always have free gift wrapping supplies every time I ask. Highly recommend for all your gifting needs. read more

It is a rainy Halloween evening today, 31st October 2018. No one is in the shop except 2 employees. Both of who chatted to each other the entire time (30 minutes) my son and I were in the shop. (I was helping him get something for his teacher from his first pay check) Neither of those employees the entire time... helped. No greeting. No offer to help. Not even a glance. Wonder if the store manager knows this? Not going there again. read more

Having a sale , great..went in for the 10.50 EUCALYPTUS SPEARMINT candle advertised for 10.50 online and was told no, just the ones on the little table. So i thought ok, maybe i read it wrong, looked this morning and there is for 10.50. Called the store and was told that because they changed the packaging, the ones that lined the wall weren't part fo the sale. Seriously???? Guess I'll shop online from now on. read more

I absolutely LOVE this location. Employees are very friendly and ask as you come in "hi welcome to Bath and Body works, do you need help finding anything?" I recently went for the Semi Annual sale and everyone was very helpful, helped us find everything we wanted. Very good experience overall- i will definitely come back. read more

I go in to return some items I got from another location and was told do to the receipt being printed with the barcode being messed up and they couldn't find the purchase with the card I used they could only put it on a store card but I could go to the store I got the items from to get the cash back off the card. The girl helping me was a sweetheart, the Manager was a little snappy but I was okay with that. I go to the store I got the items originally from and was told they could do nothing to give me the cash back. I am not very happy, actually I'm very upset and I'm tears do to this because I have other holiday gifts to get but can't now. My next paychecks goes to bills. This was my only chance to get gifts for my loved ones and now some are left out do this headache. I understand they were busy do to the holidays however giving fails information is not okay. Don't lie to a customer if you don't want your store to take a hit just tell the customer to go to the store they get the items from in the beginning. I will not give this location my busy ever again do to the bad information. read more
