Perfect chew on the rice cakes and hits the spot for a spicy craving. Mul naengmyeon - chewy buckwheat noodles in an ice bath with pickled radish and shredded cucumber. A few bland pieces of beef which I could have done without. The ice cubes are literally frozen beef stock and so flavorful. Comes with vinegar and mustard paste for you to season to taste. Hot stone pork bulgogi - this is another family favorite. Lots of sliced bulgogi in a stone pot with shredded lettuce, green onions, noodles, and some soupy sauce. The is sooo good!! Way better than the beef version, so much more flavorful and tender. This place is casual, family friendly. There is a lot of seating, a few tvs showing sports or cooking shows, and the AC is always on. I notice there is frequent turnover with many servers only lasting a few months, but there are two that have been there forever, and they are honestly so synched up on timing and with what customers need in terms of attention, water, etc. Parking is limited to the small lot out front.
