Best Korean BBQ in Sacramento. The food was fresh and in abundance. The service was amazing, especially the little robot that brings your orders. The ambiance is family friendly and perfect for large or I intimate gatherings. We ordered everything on the menu. Loved the salt & pepper chicken wings, brisket, calamari, and bulgogiCome hungry.

Excellent! This was my first experience having AYCE Korean BBQ. It was great. We went there for a late lunch. It wasn't crowded at that particular time. We were greeted and escorted to our table within minutes. Our waitress was so nice and personable. She explained how the ordering worked. The service robot delivered the items we selected to grill. The friendly waitress brought our condiments and side orders and always checked on us. We ordered prawns, scallops, a variety of beef cuts and the most crispy and delicious chicken wings. The chicken wings are a must have with your meal. All the food was fresh and delicious! The place is cozy and very welcoming. Definitely a place to visit for any occasion. We will definitely return.

Visited on 1/17/26, I've been here multiple times for three years and the food here is always pretty solid! We arrived around 4pm and got seated shortly, it did get busy so service was a little slow at times which I can understand, our server was friendly and also apologetic about it. For sides, I enjoyed the the corn cheese and egg soufflé! (wish I took a pic before I destroyed it T_T) The egg soufflé is fluffy and soft, reminds me of Chinese Steamed Eggs with a texture of a cloud. Always a personal favorite of mine here. In terms of proteins, I really enjoyed the Beef Belly and Boneless Short Ribs here; the quality of the meat is great, although I would say the portions were questionable at times. When we ordered another portion of beef belly, they gave us only three slices. It was honestly funny so it was ok. We also ordered some rice papers and lettuce wraps for our sides, which made for delicious wraps with the meats and sides such as the kimchi and radish slices. All of this made for a very fulfilling meal! The restaurant quickly filled up with people and it's a nice place for a night out with friends or family. *_*

Our family loves it here. Great service and great food options. The supreme is definitely worth it. Love the seasoning and marinades that they use. Need to get protein in? This is the place.

I am not sure how I missed this gem for so long! I happened upon it while running errands. We decided to pop in for dinner on a Saturday night the weekend before Christmas. When you arrive you enter your cell number in to the kiosk and take a seat in the waiting area to be called. The decor is modern, the staff were friendly as we checked in and it was busy! You can choose from Supreme Ayce or Premium. You pick up to 2 appetizers, pick up to 3 Proteins and pick up to 3 Sides. Then you pick your dipping sauces and start cooking! We had shrimp, scallops, prime rib, brisket, bulgogi and rib eye. We had calamari, garlic noodles and salt and pepper wings. Everything was fresh, & very flavorful. It is a pretty cool experience to cook and enjoy the meal at your own pace as well as having all the options to select from. We chose the Supreme and were not disappointed. We did only about two rounds but you could do as much as you want within the 2 hour time frame. Everything we We had a couple old fashions and a Soju carafe of strawberry lemonade. Drinks were great! They have a robot delivery to the table for food which was pretty cool. Absolutely will be back! Found a new favorite spot!

Very solid KBBQ in Natomas! Love that we have this great option so close to home. I think everyone's been to korean bbq before so I'd say this place is pretty standard. The two main standouts were the fish and chips and the rib fingers! Holy cow, I was not expecting cornmeal dusted catfish! I LOVED IT. And the rib fingers were on the premium menu but so worth it! We ordered a couple round of those. Food: 4.8 Service: 4.5 Ambiance: 4 Marcels foodie score: 4.4

This place is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, there is another side to the restaurant for crab boil. We came for my bday lunch and it was so perfect the drinks were good and strong, food was amazing even if you have to cook it yourself lol. I actually think it's fun and makes the experience all that much worth it. It is an all you can eat menu so come hungry. They're is a lot of great options and appetizers. Perfect for date nights or bring the whole family.

First time trying Daikon-went on a Saturday night and we got seated quickly. We got the 33.99/pp menu and the Galbi and boneless short ribs were our favorites! Good quality of meat-similar to Oz, but better than Ember and Bultta. Fast service with the robots delivering the orders. Would stop by again if we're in the area.

Let me start by saying, we LOVE this place! We'll definitely be coming back, and this just might become our go-to spot whenever we're in Sacramento! The restaurant itself is spacious, spotless, and stylish. We loved both our host and our server. Our host was full of energy and gave us amazing suggestions, while our server was super friendly and attentive the whole time. ow to the food, we chose the Supreme AYCE, and it was beyond our expectations! The variety of dishes was incredible. There are so many appetizers to pick from with no limits, and the meats were marinated perfectly. We enjoyed every single one. Some highlights for us were the rib fingers, marinated prime steak, and pork belly. Our server also suggested mixing ramen with the seafood stew, and it was absolutely delicious. All the seafood was fresh and flavorful, nothing disappointed us. And to top it off, the ice cream was the bomb! We tried the vanilla this time, but can't wait to try more flavors on our next visit. Definitely returning!

I haven't been to this location since it first opened, but I was in the area and decided to stop by for an early dinner on Friday around 4pm. The restaurant has high ceilings, plenty of space between booths and tables, and a bar off to the side. There was no wait, and I was actually greeted by a familiar face, with someone I used to work with. We were seated right away, and Aaron took care of us throughout the meal. The booths are roomy and clean, and I liked that the menus are set up in wooden stands so you can look through them easily. We went with the premium AYCE for $33.99 each. Aaron was really attentive, he made sure our meats were refilled quickly and checked in often. I always ask for salt, pepper, and lemon for dipping my meats, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the lemon. They gave me a full bowl of thick wedges, which was perfect. Food wise, the beef belly was delicious, the salt & pepper wings were super crispy and juicy with just the right seasoning, and the japchae was tasty with a good portion size. The banchan selection wasn't as varied or flavorful compared to other spots, and I wish they had vinegar as an option. On the plus side, their smoke ventilation works really well! you can pull it close to the grill, so you don't walk out smelling like BBQ. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're in the area and craving K-BBQ.

Frozen Mangonada

I've been to Daikon Korean BBQ twice now -- once with a friend and another time with a party of six -- and both experiences were overall great! Customer service here is consistently good. We booked a reservation both times and were seated quickly upon arrival, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself has a nice, modern-classic vibe with plenty of tables, so it feels clean and welcoming. Like many KBBQ spots, you choose 3 meats and 3 appetizers per grill, and of course, you get to cook everything yourself. They have two different AYCE menu options, but I highly recommend the Premium option -- way more bang for your buck. The pork belly and scallops in particular are delicious, and I also really enjoyed the rib fingers. For sides, the corn cheese/elote is a must-try! The soups are just okay, but they give you plenty of beef options for meats to make up for it. They also have robot servers that bring out the meats, while human servers handle orders and check-ins. For the most part, service was attentive, though on my second visit I did have to ask for kimchi three separate times before it finally made it to the table. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note if you come when it's busy. On Mondays, Happy Hour runs all day, which is a nice perk for drinks. I had their frozen Mangonada (not on the Happy Hour menu) on my first visit and it was amazing, but the second time it didn't hit quite the same. Thankfully, the server was really kind and explained it was made a certain way from the slushy machine, and they let me switch to a sake bomb instead (I paid for the Happy Hour price for the sake bomb) -- honesty and flexibility like that goes a long way. Do keep in mind there's a 2-hour dining limit. They stop taking orders once your time is up, but they do give you a heads-up, and everyone gets one complimentary ice cream to finish off the meal. Overall, Daikon is a solid KBBQ spot with good variety, tasty marinades, and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out -- I would come back again, though probably not too often since I don't live nearby.

Another great place to dine or lunch date get away. The portions are so large. You better skip a few meals in the day before comming here. The customer service is so amazing. They checked on us so many times and wanted us to order more meals. We could only handle one round. I wish we could take some of the food home with us. Seems like such a waste to throw this away after we cooked it. Totally will come back during lunch

Anissa R.

Daikon is a staple in this house! We've been coming here for years and it's been so consistent, delicious, and fresh. We usually pop in after a hard workout or after a long morning of kayaking (we earn that meal!). We come hungry and leave so satisfied. The overall Korean BBQ experience is amazing. Our servers have usually been attentive and quick. Also, they now have a robot server? It's so cool! It'll whoosh by, drop off your food, and keep on going. Highly recommend going for the Supreme AYCE. The appetizers and protein selections are superb. Those Korean hot wings? Bomb. Go for the garlic butter prawns (deveined but shell on) and those rib fingers! If you go for the Premium AYCE, the beef belly and LA galbi are also chef's kiss. If you're newer to the AYCE game, take your time and know that beef is more forgiving than chicken. Keep the banchan flowing and pace yourself! You're in for a treat!

We arrived a few minutes after Noon. There was only 1 person in-front of us and 1 person behind us so we thought it would be a quick lunch. As it turns out several people went through the line before us and the wait was around 15 minutes. Kind of an excessive wait for a counter lunch. There was one girl holding her baby taking the orders and one girl filling the orders. She was going as fast as she could, but it still took awhile. It got really backed up. I ordered the BBQ Beef Cupbop. I didn't know what to expect. As it turns out the bottom layer is white rice, next is a layer of glass noodles, then comes the can corned, a mixture of cabbage, and topped with the BBQ Beef. It was very tasty. A little on the spicy side, which made it just more flavorful. It wasn't mouth watering or eye tearing hot. It just had a little kick. The consistency of the meat reminded me of ground beef. It was very finely chopped strips. Overall it was really good. Very filling for the amount you get. It's more than we usually have for lunch. My husband had the chicken soy ginger. I had some and it was really good, but fried, so probably not as healthy as the BBQ Beef. It doesn't appear that they cook to order any food here, but they do scoop to order. From what I could see they sell a variety of Cupbop flavors, including a vegetarian option. They also sell sandwiches, salads, and a burrito. They have an ice water dispenser at the end of the counter with water cups. The vibe was interesting. You are surrounded by state worker from all different agencies all minding their own business. Many groups of 2-6 were eating together. There were less singles than groups.

The place itself is spacious and has interesting decor with a big semi truck sticking out of the wall and a ceiling mural. The music is 80s-90s rock, I think maybe it was going for a 90s grunge feel? This place was a last minute decision as our planned restaurant was closed on a Tuesday and I probably wouldn't go here again with so.many other choices on k street and around it.
