I give Teriyaki Grill in Arden 5 stars for freshness, flavor and value. Service is order at register and to-go or dine in. With plenty of clean tables and chairs, this grill is in the atrium, in the middle of "Arden Square", the building next to Arden mall. The Daily Special for $14 can't be beat! I get this special often. Includes teriyaki, honey glazed or spicy grilled chicken with rice, salad and potstickers. Also includes a fountain beverage. There are also other options like sushi, bento boxes, salads, bowls and eggrolls. Plenty of free parking is right near the entrance of Teriyaki Grill, a hassle free and healthy dining experience.

A lot of delicious food for what you paid for. The portions are generous and I love it. The place is kinda in a food court so there are ample seatings everywhere. The staff are friendly and give good recommendations. I always get food to go. I like that the food is fresh, tasty and there is a lot of it haha. My favorites are their teriyaki chicken and spicy Thai chicken. Their gyoza is a perfect snack too. You can build your own bento and pick your favorite protein and sides. A great place for affordable eats~

Flavor was good. Sauces are very sweet I diluted them but good flavor. Do not order the salmon! Got a few dry paper thin pieces. Noodles were good. A little sweeter than I like but good.

Tried the spicy thai chicken & beef teriyaki combo with noodles, rice and veggies. The portion was great and I didn't even finish everything. Unfortunately, the spicy thai chicken was not spicy at all. The beef teriyaki was sweet and good though. The noodles were short on flavor. As for the service, it was just okay. There were a few tables available and they were clean when we dined.

I've passed this place more times than I can count, always wondering if the food was good. I came here on a whim and decided to finally give it a shot... I ordered the basic chicken teriyaki bowl and the new it on the menu, Korean Fried Chicken. The young lady at the register was super nice and friendly, answered all my questions about the menu and gave me her suggestions. The cook seemed like he was in the zone preparing meals so I didn't get a great service experience other than at the Cash register, but he gets a pass. First I was extremely surprised to see the cook pull out fresh chicken thighs that were marinating and then deep fry them right on the spot. Not sure what I was expecting from a little stand at the mall, but it def wasn't that level of freshness. The cook consistently checked on the temp to make sure it was fully cooked. After taking the chicken out and putting in a wok, he then added the Korean sauce (spicy level) and packed it with rice ($2 extra) to go. The chicken was crisp, juicy, sweet/tangy with a good heat level. HUGE portion! The chicken teriyaki was my safe choice and it definitely hit the spot. The chicken did have some dry pieces, but overall juicy and no fatty pieces. The extra teriyaki sauce I added was sweet and gave it that perfect finish. For the huge portions, the price point is accurate. I could have easily shared one entree between two people. I def ordered enough for four! Will be back!

This place is located on the same property as the Arden Mall. But it's not directly attached to the mall. My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. We enjoyed the sushi. Presentation was in all that. It's a mall environment or food court environment. Service was OK. Nothing worth bragging about.

Teriyaki chicken lunch combo Comes with a fountain drink as well.

Service was delightful and helpful. Food was soooo tasty!!! Perfect flavors that I now crave regularly. This may seem strange to rate but their soda ratio is really good. I've never had a flat or off soda from here. From now on when I am craving teriyaki this is THE place I am coming to!

The food is always 10/10! I love their sesame chicken and spicy fried chicken. Their teriyaki sauce is chefs kiss. This place never fails me. The costumer service is also fantastic! I always get my food handed to me with a smile.

Came here for dinner a couple of times, the first time I ordered the rainbow roll ($15) which is my barometer for sushi at restaurants. Decently sized, the fish was fresh and the roll was filling. Daughter ordered the ramen ($18) with the red option, which she enjoyed with the plethora of toppings. Dinner the second time, I got the teishoku set with salmon ($21). Two decently filets of salmon came with rice, miso soup, salad, deep fried egg roll and salad. You also get a choice of either croquette or chawanmushi. The chawanmushi was a highlight for me! I missed eating this savory custard when I used to live in Japan. Their version did not disappoint! This has spot has become a rotating staple for me and am looking forward to trying out more of their sushi rolls.

We ordered: Appetizers: Mixed Tempura 8/10 - wish it was a smidge flakier Grilled Squid 1000/10 - might just come back alone for this. Absolute perfection, no notes Mains: 18 piece Sashimi 10/10 - large slices, scallops were definitely the start- tho no higher rating due to no description on what was being served and slightly inconvenient design even though the presentation was pretty. Double Toro roll 8/10 - my date loved it, I'm just not a big roll fan Spicy scallop hand roll 9/10 - super delicious, scallops were fresh Unagi hand roll - 10/10 - I didn't even get to try it, my date loved it Tuna maki roll - 10/10 - simple, delicious We will definitely be coming back. I will say my only note is that we ordered the appetizers first and actually waited to order our mains in hopes that the appetizers would come out first. Instead my mains came out before the appetizers and then my dates came after the appetizers came out. Everything was delicious but I hope that isn't a common habit as it made the meal feel a bit rushed and the waitresses were commenting about how much we ordered and if we could eat it all... everyone was very nice though. A little cold in the actual restaurant but makes sense to keep the fish cold.

That said, the food did take a bit longer than expected to come out, especially considering it wasn't very busy when we went. When the sushi finally arrived, though, it delivered. The rolls were flavorful and well-made, with a noticeable focus on sauces. They do tend to go heavier on the sauce, so if you like your sushi rich and packed with flavor, you'll probably enjoy it. If you prefer a more simple or traditional style, it might feel like a bit much. The overall vibe was pretty relaxed and low-key, which made it easy to sit and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.

The roll tended to fall apart, and it was difficult to get a solid grip with chopsticks, which took away from the experience. On the positive side, the chicken teriyaki plate was amazing--great flavor, cooked perfectly, and easily the highlight of the meal. The quality of that dish really stood out. Overall, Arigato Sushi delivered some strong flavors, but the sushi roll could benefit from better structure and presentation to match the quality of the teriyaki.

I would often come around noon during the week, and order the Thai chicken bento box. Unfortunately one of the days I came, I found a fingernail in the California roll. Bit into the roll, and the fingernail as well. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Immediately lost my appetite and wanted to throw up. I flagged my server down (all the employees here are super nice), and showed her the fingernail. She took it to the back and reported it to a manager or supervisor I suppose. When she came back she told me that their California rolls are pre-made, so if you're ordering these rolls BE CAREFUL. She offered to remake the bento box to which I shared no. I asked for my tab and when she came back she said it was on the house and did not ask me to pay (nice gesture, but I mean when you find a whole fingernail in your food, that's the least that can be done). Safe to save, I have not gone back since then and probably won't. If I did, I'm definitely staying far away from the California roll. This happened to me last year, so hoping some changes in their hygiene and making of California rolls have been made since then.
