Spicy Johnny, Golden Gate, Yummy Yummy and steamed gyoza will always be my favorite here. Tonight I brought my Husband here to try the sushi since he's always said I never brought him here. I server was wonderful and attentive and the ambience is always the same family oriented if needed dinner night with the girls if wanted or a date night with the boo if desired. Haven't been to Arigato in a long time. It was definitely how I remembered it. We will be back soon as always 50% off your roll with good customer service.

The 3 dish 3 piece sashimi! Super fresh!

Looking for a sushi bar near me so this was a couple miles down the road came by to give it a try. Very busy place, clean, nicely and has my favorite with the sushi bar in the middle of the room so you can see the chefs in the fish and you can see the cuts of fish to choose from. So I sat at the bar alone, which is what I like to do, ordered me a Sapporo and started with the three-piece three fish sashimi. Super fresh, melt in your mouth, just exactly what I was looking for. I was craving tempura vegetables, but I knew if I ordered it it would probably be a huge dish. so I asked my server Alexandra and she confirmed it was pretty big so I passed and I'm glad I did. Only because I ordered the tuna Trio roll, which was super rich, full of fish, had crunch, and the last piece had tempura shrimp sticking out, but what a fabulous roll. So many choices on the menu to choose from it's always difficult for me to find one that's most all raw fish, maybe some avocado, a little cream, cheese, cucumber all the things that combine with tuna and salmon for flavor balm. The texture was amazing and another decision that was exactly what I was looking for, and I was stuffed. Amazing service, great atmosphere, Sushi chefs were spot on and busy, which is what I look for. Very happy I came here. Highly recommend.

Perfect casual dining experience for dates or group nights! Order KK special or Mt.Fuji rolls, or Super Mario if you like mushrooms! Service is super fast, they really want you to have the best experience. A+ On the images is Spicy Johnny with spicy tuna , tempura shrimp inside with unagi on top! The other roll on images is KK special with scallops and deep fried tempura shrimp

    Teardrop deep fried Soooo good!!!

Let me start off by they offer 50% off rolls, ANY roll can be deep fried and they have soooo many options you're sure to find something you like. They were pretty busy for obvious 50% off reasons but then I realized the flavor was another reason why. Although busy they did not have us waiting long for anything. It was clean and the waitress was perfect.

I have been here on and off for so many years. The service is always 5-5 I love the look of the inside it's great for just a day/night out or special event. I have family delivered on one side of town. I lived on the other so we decided we're gonna meet in the middle and I always have loved it here. Food is just so good cost is great as well and it's just so well lit inside, but not overly bright I seen that somebody had got the barbecue albacore last time I was here and I told myself I was definitely gonna have to order it. Next time I came. This was five out of five so delicious. I also ordered some rolls and I know the name of it. I cannot think of, but it was really good. I will add photos. All the sushi rolls have always been good here I would be interested to try their scallops.

The rolls had a different kind of sauce on them I never tasted before they was fresh but I should've asked about the sauce on top. Everything was good the sauce totally made it taste a lot different. I will request no sauce next time because it clashed with everything else even the garlic. The waitress Mindy took my order and was very patient with explaining the best rolls or the top sellers. Her patience was very well appreciated because of such a large selection of rolls I was totally confused from the large variety. This is a Japanese casual ambiance setting here. Because I saw them putting up the chairs I took my order to go.

I'll admit, I was skeptical when I walked in and saw the neon lights and heard the club music bumping. But I'm a sucker for a list of vegan sushi rolls, so we rolled on. Was it fancy? Nope. The veggie rolls (I counted 9) were simple but filling, and I liked how they weren't smothered in sauce. They were also reasonably priced given their size. I had The Vegan and Futo Maki and both were good. Service was friendly, so I'd go back if craving veggie sushi and in the area. Pro tip: Get that spicy edamame!

My go to sushi spot in Sacramento, and has not disappointed me at all no matter how busy it has been. The vibe there is busy and energetic all the servers are extremely nice. I recommend getting the manhattan roll it's my favorite it has salmon with mango slices and mango drizzle soo good!!!! 12/10 everytime

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. Years ago one of my friends introduced me to the lion king roll here. I ordered it again. It wasn't as good as I remembered. But the Stuffed Jalapeños and the gyoza was delicious.

We came here with a larger group for our friend's birthday. They don't take reservations, but our friend arrived early and let them know how many people we'd have in our party and as our group arrived we waited in the front until they had seating for us. We had about 16 in our group and we ended up on a back wall all in a row. The staff was friendly and got us all water to start and then we places our orders. They were able to split the check up to 6 or 8 times- four of us at our table put our orders on the same tab to make it easier for others in the group to split. They offer a lot of different things on the menu and advertise all rolls are 50% off. It's interesting that they always offer 50% off rolls instead of just showing what the "special" price is and the only thing I can think of is that they want customers to know it's still quality sushi- so even though it's a $15 roll after the 50% off it's worth $30. I ended up ordering the Shrek roll ($11.75 after discount) and the Pretty Coconut ($11.25 after discount), my husband got the bento box ($25.50) and then we shared chicken karaage with the table ($12.50). The appetizer was a generous size, very shareable with four people. The sauce that came with it was also delicious. The chicken itself was flavorful and could even make a nice meal on its own. The bento box was a great deal, it came with salad, miso soup, and three items from a highlighted menu. My husband opted for the ton katsu, sashimi and albacore sushi. He ended up sharing his salad with me and was still really full afterward. The Shrek roll was super unique, it had spicy crab, spicy tuna, soft shell crab, avocado, garlic pesto, unagi and special sauce. I loved the use of garlic pesto and I would definitely order this one again. The Pretty Coconut roll had deep fried shrimp, crab meat, avocado, eel, coconut, special sauce and unagi sauce. This roll was also really tasty and I enjoyed the addition of coconut. The food was great, but wish they had given us pitchers of water. Early on they refilled our water but towards the middle and end we had empty water glasses. I ended up stealing my husband's water since he had beer. As the night went on they got busier and it was definitely a spot for all types of groups. Friends, dates, families and celebrations like ours. They also have plenty of parking in their lot and many people were grabbing take out.

This is by far my fav sushi spot in Sacramento. Service is always amazing and even when they are extremely busy, which is almost always. Food is always great and comes in a timely fashion. The ambiance is nice and vibes are always good. They have a ton of tv for the sports fanatics, but also has date night vibes with the dim lighting.

Ordered pick up and it was ready as soon as I got there. All the rolls I got were good minus one star since I did find a bone on the eel roll.

Lots of parking. Extremely nice and attentive staff. Ambiance is clean. No area for a large group though. Food was pretty decent. Nothing fancy, but definitely above your usual. The fish was fresh. I liked that there were different types of rolls that were more unique than the typical. My favorite was the salmon sashimi. I would highly recommend the chef's choice if you have the appetite. It definitely did not disappoint. This was not my first time here and won't be my last.

I read other reviews where people have said the quality is going down. Even though, I am not a regular here, I can kinda tell that it is. Since that visit I have returned three different times, always bringing someone different to show off this excellent restaurant find located near 73rd and Stockton Blvd Engawa Fusion is such a special place-this restaurant is over 30 minutes from my house in Natomas in traffic ,yet that never stops me from trekking my way across Sacramento-I love this place that much. On this particular visit we started with 2 different sushi tacos-We had the tuna version and the salmon version-each priced at $11.00. Now I could write a novel explaining the virtues of these culinary creations but I will keep it short-the tuna and the salmon tacos are such the perfect bite-well balanced-well seasoned-surprisingly heavy in the hand while being light to the taste-it's truly been my favorite new food item discovery of 2026. Next we went with the Stir-Fry Udon and this cost us $16.00. I've described this dish in the past as a dish I could eat every day of my life and would be a very happy person. The flavor and seasonings are flawless, the noodles are cooked perfectly, great chew-a very slurpable noodle for sure. I can easily see why this dish is such a popular item on their menu. This restaurant was given a spot on Yelps Top 100 Places to eat in 2025-nothing in this visit did a thing to show that honor wasn't well deserved. In closing-I don't know if I could recommend this spot any higher and I plan many future visits whenever I want to show people how amazing the culinary experience in Sacramento has truly become. 10/10 experience. PS-Parking could be a bit of a challenge as they share a lot with an auto shop but all of my visits I was able to secure a spot-I am sure you will as wel

We all started with apps: Truffle Hamachi Crudo, Lobster Tempura Balls, and their House Salad. All very good. No leftovers there. For the entree, I ordered their Dragon Roll: Shrimp tempura, crab mix, topped with avocado, unagi, spicy mayo sauce, unagi sauce, sesame, scallions and their Rainbow Roll: Crab mix, cucumber, avocado, topped with albacore, tuna, salmon, escolar, hamachi, unagi sauce, spicy mayo, and shared their Beef Ribeye Steak: Grilled 12oz ribeye, shishito peppers, asparagus, and teriyaki sauce. I could not eat it all, but brought it home and am having a great lunch from it as I write this. Excellent presentation and flavors! Their outdoor seating is beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Parking gets tight, but it's okay to walk a bit, right?

It didn't take long for a wait list to accumulate so it is def a popular spot. The service was a little slow but the place was packed. The food was 5/5: - Poke Salad: 4/5. So spicy my husband had to give me his sea steak and finish it for me. - Sea Steak Salad: 4/5. The steak was perfectly grilled but most of the sauce was under a huge amount of unnecessary lettuce. - Broadway Roll: 5/5. So good. (The rolls come in 10 pieces but the cuts are smaller in size and easier to eat. We all finished our rolls. ) -Sunshine Roll: 4/5. This wasn't marked as "hot" but it was very spicy and I had to wipe some of the siracha sauce off to eat it. The lemon slices on top were delicious. - Messi Roll: 5/5. Hubby would get it again. - Firecracker Roll: 5/5. Son in law ate every bit!
