I thoroughly cleaned and sprayed my unit before moving in. I opened my unit today and a dead roach fell from the ceiling! I let the woman at the front know and her response was, "none of our customers have complaints about roaches" but says the exterminator only comes once a month to check on the rat traps. He doesn't spray for roaches. The gate to the front is always open too. This place is dirty and ghetto. I'm moving my belongings out pronto and I suggest you avoid this place altogether.

Mattress ruined, couch ruined, clothing ruined, furniture ruined, boxes ruined, etc. Mouse droppings are literally EVERYWHERE. On top of that, the elevator hardly works, and the climate control piece is a myth. Just yesterday it was well above 80 degrees inside the unit. This has just been a flat out traumatic experience and we're now forced to start from scratch with everything being ruined just before we move into a townhouse. Also, to top it off, vermin coverage is only a measly 200 dollars or less. So all in all, PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

She did a very great job of working with me and helping lower the rate from the potential $337 increase from $259, to offering me a $175 rate for the troubles. I have agreed with this and after discussions with her I agreed to update my review with this feedback, but I did advise I was not able to move it to 5 stars due to the still constant issues with the grounds of the facility. But 5 star customer service for sure for following through quickly and giving me the rate offered. With facility improvement it will for sure be 5 stars, which I'll gladly update it to. I am leaving some of the original review just for background to see what the Team Lead helped with. Edited Original Review: Storage rate began 9/2022 at $61/m for first 3 month promo than went to $122. Increased to $197 in 2/2023, then $230 8/2023, then $259 6/2024. And before the assistance of the District Team Lead, it was going to jump to $337 starting 9/2025 (see new review above). The facility needs a lot of work on the grounds, especially the 10 foot long pothole. Pavement on the roads around the units are not fantastic and could be better, it is still not climate controlled or anything. I'm a retired and 100% disabled veteran and they don't even offer anything to help with the cost of these units to us. They only offer discounts for Active-Duty military.

They followed up to clarify and check in to see if there was anything else we needed and that they looked forward to seeing us. When we picked up the truck, the gentlemen was so nice and helped us getting all the supplies we needed to be successful on our moving day. They were awesome! Totally transparent, helpful, and very genuine. Next time we move, they will be our first call!

I have tried working with the company for a reduced rate and they won't lower the bill after being with them for years. I was told the only way to reduce the rental fee is to move my contents to another unit. I understand this is their company and they can have whatever policies they want. I really want to make any future long term renter aware there are much cheaper options in the surrounding area, especially if won't visit your unit frequently. When talking to the guy working, his response was he can get the guy to move the truck up in the space( which he did a few inches and didn't help), try to switch with the neighbor but no answer or leave the premises with our boat. We paid for a 27 foot spot but it was really 23/24 feet.. but according to the guy working there, it was our fault to not test out the spot first to see if it fit. The guy reported the truck guy didn't want to move his truck and bc he has been there a whiland the working guy said nothing he could do about it but leave the facility. So we had to find a spot, at 7 pm, to be able to place our boat. Extremely disappointed in the staff and situation. I would not recommend this place at all. We were lucky to choose Memorial Day weekend to move our first set of things because it was very quiet at the facility. I like that it's very clean and the code to get in is secure and efficient. The wheel carts are fun to use and totally help to save your back and your overall energy! Honestly I would totally come back should we need future storage options.
