She was very thorough during my consultation with pre & post care! She reminded me of things I had forgotten in the past! Her speed and efficiency really impressed me. I was very nervous about the pain of the underarms since it was my first session on that area, but Brittney made my experience as quick and comfortable as possible. Hands down, best laser experience so far! Following my laser treatment, I had an amazing Hydrafacial with Crystal! It was so relaxing and OMG MY SKIN LOOKS AMAZING!!! My pores were SO congested... and now my skin is GLOWING and BREATHING!!! She walked me thru a very thorough consultation prior to treatment and talked me through the different serums she was using and why.. I learned a lot and the results don't lie. Everyone here is SO good at what they do and the prices are VERY REASONABLE. I don't see myself going anywhere else.

Melanie is not only an incredibly skilled esthetician, but she's also part therapist, part comedian, and feels more like a trusted friend than someone I see for appointments. Every visit is something I look forward to. What I appreciate most is her honesty and integrity. She never tries to upsell services or products you don't need. Instead, she takes the time to understand your goals and gives realistic, honest feedback about what kind of results you can expect. In an industry where sales pressure can be common, that level of transparency is refreshing. Beyond that, she's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. My skin has benefited tremendously from her expertise, and I trust her completely. If you're looking for someone who is talented, honest, and makes every appointment enjoyable, Melanie is the best.

Her set up was also very pretty with welcome snacks and great aromatherapy!! I definitely recommend you book an appointment!

As a guy, I wasn't sure what to expect going into it. Bre made the process easy, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without making it feel awkward. The treatment itself was a lot different than I expected, and I ended up really liking it. After finishing my sessions, I could definitely see a difference in my midsection, which was exactly what I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was that Bre was straightforward from the beginning. She explained what the treatment could realistically do and never overpromised anything. Overall, another great experience at Rejuvenate Austin. If you're thinking about Emsculpt Neo, I'd recommend talking with Bre.

I visited Texas Laser Academy to have my legs and underarms lasered. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing…read more Before my appointment, I completed all of the required intake forms, including disclosing that I use retinol and that I've had microneedling. I assumed this information would be reviewed before my appointment if it affected my eligibility for treatment. Instead, I received a phone call as I was parking for my appointment--after driving about 45 minutes --to tell me they couldn't perform the laser facial because I use retinol. To make matters worse, I had called the day before to ask which parking garage to use and whether parking was validated. I was told to use a specific garage and that parking would be validated. After arriving, I learned they only validate parking on weekdays--not Saturdays. That information should have been provided when I specifically asked. I appreciate providers prioritizing patient safety, and I don't fault them for declining treatment but the lack of prior notice and incorrect information about parking left a really bitter taste. the staff took zero responsibility for their oversight and said I should have read the policy.

The woman who did my laser hair removal was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I've been having laser hair removal for over 20 years, so I've had plenty of treatments to compare it to, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. She clearly knows what she's doing and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the treatment. My nurse, Dorothy, who did my Botox, lip flip, and teeth whitening, was equally amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from the beginning. I especially appreciated her input with my Botox because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or what would work best for me. She took the time to explain everything and steer me in the right direction, and I'm so glad I trusted her judgment. I've worked in medical spas myself and have been going to them since I was 18 (42 now) so I've had a lot of experiences over the years.
