4 days ago This has been the most excellent experience ever. I had an appointment with Public Storage and when I arrived there was a sign on the door saying closed til tomorrow morning. TWO HOURS EARLY! ! ! ! I googled this location and they told me to come on over. Beth apologized for my experience with them and arranged for a unit for me that was $13.00 cheaper and she gave me two months free as well. I moved into the 10x10 temp controlled unit April 29, 2016 at a fairly reasonable rate of 119.00, after 8 months that went to $189.00, if the payment was not received by the 29th, I would get texts, phone calls email alerts that I was late, and why, they had my precious belongings. I always paid them by the 28th or within the 5 day "grace period" except 2 times in over 2 years. Now that same unit is renting for $89.00, and I could not get that rate so I chose to hire a truck, movers to relocate my things to Cube Space (10X10 temp controlled) for $78.00 a month. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a storage business in my life. If that wasn't bad enough, while moving allot of my smaller things earlier this month, I had items stolen while I was walking back and forth. It's a weird area and I would NEVER recommend this company or this location to anyone I care about. BEWARE. read more

I recently got a storage unit here and they have wonderful employees. I believe their names were Carlton and Marla and they were very friendly. Security self storage has the best prices around and I made sure to check other locations. They are very clean and bright units. I would definitely recommend them! read more

this facility to aaamazing. My movers came after hours in the middle of the night. They saved me I couldn't find anyone opened at that time including the one I had booked ;( They let me do all the particulars over the phone and I got moved in expeditiously. This is the first time I used their service for a UHAUL rental truck. Everything was pleasant in the beginning. I was told that I can rent a 10' truck for 29.99 with .99 a mile. I have rented UHAUL trucks before and I always get my mileage calculations correct. This part came out ok. The part where I did get upset was about the gas tank, they were stating that the gas tank was not full, but it was when we looked at the truck, three people that were with me looked to confirm and it was at full, but yet i was charged $9.00 for gas, which I shouldn't of been. I called and complained and I was told by the lady there per whoever she spoke with at corporate that I should not determine if the gas tank was full but looking at the "full" line. I did not understand this, at this point I was aggravated and upset. I will not deal with this place again. I always come back when the service is good and honest and this place was just the opposite. read more
