I had to store a bunch of boxed items for a while, and this facility was less than 10 minutes from…read moremy house. I ended up getting a 6' X 10' climate controlled space. The indoor part of the facility used to be a supermarket or department store, so it is quite large. The whole place is clean, well lit, and the air conditioning is better than I expected. Nicely cool in the summer, and comfortably warm in the winter. My unit was on the end, right near the curbside door, but I noticed looking down the aisles that they are very wide, if you wanted to access your unit while the tenant across did the same, there would be no problem. The roll-up door worked smoothly, and the built-in lock eliminates having to buy or supply a padlock. There are always plenty of flatbed carts available. Not 24 hour access, but you can get in 7:30 am to 10 pm every day, holidays included. Office staff very friendly and helpful, and the managers live onsite. Even when the office was closed, a few times when I went to my unit, I saw one of the managers, so they don't close up the office and disappear. Although I didn't have a need for it, I noticed they have plenty of room for outside storage (like vehicles & equipment) and again, it is clean and well organized. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely return here.

Ample has two in my neighborhood, but this one is closest. It is climate controlled with elevators. Really nice new facility. The only reason that I gave them four stars is because the doors have to be open manually and are too small to get the carts through. The facility is access through a passcode and you have to enter that again when you go into your building where your unit is. I really wish that it was a pass card or that the doors open automatically once you put your code in.

Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. There's plenty of parking & they have both climate controlled and outdoor units. I have an indoor unit. The elevator is spacious and there are plenty of rolling carts available downstairs to move your items. There is a ladybug issue here. By "issue" I mean that there are lots of dead ones all over the floor & I have no clue how they got in the building. The staff member who showed me the unit told me about them, but I didn't think the issue couldn't be resolved. They are attracted to the lights so they hang out there. Maybe they get too hot and die from there. Who knows?? Just know you will see a lot of them when you come here. Regardless, I think this is a good storage facility, and I recommend them.

Everything I ordered, mostly toys, decorations, brand new tree, new bed for my niece, electronics, some household things went into storage. Brand new. The day after Thanksgiving my sister went to the unit to get the tree and decorations and it was empty. Everything was gone. No one could help. The camera didn't show my unit at all, so that was no help. I spoke with the district manager and regional director and nothing. The insurance they make you pay for denied my claim. Almost $4300.00 worth of brand new items, gone into thin air. I am currently looking for a good lawyer because that is way too much money to let slide and I truly believe someone who works there took my stuff. Do NOT patronize this location.
