I am overly struggling and overwhelmed at this moment. I am not looking for a handout but I just know that it is a major struggle for me right now and I am doing what I can. it is hard trying to get ahead of all bills at once. I called trying to get some help with payments so that I will not lose my storage. My grandmother passed away and all of her valuables are in my unit. The onsite employee who was supposed to meet to complete paperwork and provide access to new unit did not show. There were no other employees in the office! The movers arrived, loaded up contents and had to wait about an hour to access the new unit and then go back haul away the excess items. This added to my costs! Multiple customers gathered outside the closed office due to access problems in other buildings. No one knew how to contact the company for help. People called around to other offices for help. Apparently there are no online instructions and no alternative numbers for customer onsite issues when the office is not staffed during regular business hours. Eventually an employee from a different office arrived. Javon is to be commended for keeping her calm while she dealt with multiple dissatisfied customers! However, this company should have a communication plan that is obvious and accessible to customers for a very foreseeable event.

Do not use!! * Your unit gets your lock cut off and storage lock is put on when/if your payment doesn't post by day 5 into your billing cycle. * Some young kid is managing office with no clue on life. * There are only 4 carts available to load and carry items to and fro vehicle to storage unit. If needed on weekends forget it!! * 4 payment increases within a 12 month period and services had no upgrades from day one until we vacated the unit. This is the worst storage unit EVER ... EVER !!

Instead I found out the day I moved in just because they had put a lock on my storage unit and I had to go into the front office to get it removed... I found out the discount was not approved then... 4 business days after I was assured it would be taken care of. In fact the general manager was responsible to give me the call about the failed transaction and of course bothered to call... When I reported it to the office, they assured me it would be taken care of. Two weeks later, it was still there. Security is also a major concern. I have visited multiple times, both during and after office hours, and found the side door unlocked. Homeless individuals frequently enter and exit the building without restriction. My unit was broken into, and I wasn't notified until two days later. The reason? Staff claimed they only noticed during their rounds after the weekend--meaning they had no idea when it actually happened. Their response? "I think you should file a police report and contact your insurance company." You think? Frustrated, I canceled my unit and moved my belongings out well before the next billing cycle. I was repeatedly told I would receive a confirmation of cancellation--yet it never happened. Avoid this place at all costs. If you don't believe me, visit after hours and see for yourself. Terrible security, terrible customer service, and a terrible place to store your valuables.
