The employee who answered the phone demonstrated zero knowledge of the services or vehicles this business provides. Even more concerning, he abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. When I attempted to call back to clarify or resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly answered and immediately disconnected. This was not a dropped call--it was intentional. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that people rely on during stressful, time-sensitive situations like unexpected appliance failures or moves. If you work for a company, you should at minimum understand what it offers and how to treat customers with basic respect. Hanging up on customers is not a mistake--it's a choice. Management should be aware that this location reflects poorly on the U-Haul brand. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is astounding. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before relying on this location for anything time-sensitive or important.

No one had the right dimension box or I would be forced to spend $50-$200 for a pack of multiple boxes. I was at my wit's end, trying to figure out how to ship two important orders without spending more than I wanted to on a shipping box. I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable. The shop is fairly small, but they carry a large assortment and range of box sizes. I went in sort of end of day, an hour before closing. and I was served with courtesy and care. This will now be my "Go To" shop for shipping supplies.

We were contacted and we gave them our ATM for payment on April 26, 2022 to clear the bounce check. The boxes has not arrived in Manila. On May 25, 2022 our boxes arrived in Manila. We were contacted regarding the bounce check again on May 28, 2022. We called Michelle at CGB and she was on vacation. Erick called stating that the boxes are now in Manila. Using the same online lbc tracking that is available to everyone one. I called the LBC main number and emailed them. To date 7/14/22 the payment issue has not been resolve. All CGB has to do is call LBC or go online to let LBC corporate office know that the payment has been resolve but I was told today. Per CBG, it is no longer their issue because it was already passed on the LBC. Instead of offering a resolution, like following up for us. She stated. It is no longer their problem. So please, if you want your love ones to receive your care package without any issue. DO NOT use this subcontractor.

When a week before our move we needed to change a date by two weeks because of construction delays, that was not a problem. When at the last minute we asked if we can add a piano to the list of moved items, that was fine as well. But most importantly was the care the guys took with our items! They wrapped every piece in the soft blanket and added plastic wrapping outside to keep in place. They stacked items in the way that nothing would get damaged. On delivery, they were on time and moved everything to designated rooms and assembled everything we needed! No scratches or damages in the house when moved out or moved in!
