This storage facility is broken the gate is broken a you cant access the unit no one is ever there to assist. I was not able to access my storage unit on my move in day no one called me to offer any concessions for my troubles. Tried to access my unit today my code did not work I do not have the strength to call wait and complain today. I would not refer anyone to rent from any public storage. read more

BAIT & SWITCH. Beware, they routinely increase your monthly rent without advance notice. You find out when the bill is due. Rental Agreement, terms & conditions state that you will be given 30 days notice by mail or email but that NEVER happens. read more

Easy access, convenient location. 4 stars because it can be hard to find a dolly, especially if other people are there. You're better off bringing your own if possible. Other than that, I highly recommend! read more

Do not use this facility. The gate and facility elevator is always out of order. Property manager doesn't follow thru with anything. Do not waste your time and money. This facility is a storage of liabilities. read more

These guys are EFFIN awful!!!!! I would give these guys a negative 10 if I could A string of storage units were broken into, vandalized and valuables stolen on 9/11. I was never notified until I went to my unit 4 days later. I arrived and was told "oh by the way your unit was broken into along with 5 other units." I have been given lies after lies after lies about what had happened and how the people gained access. I was told that a police report was given; a report was never given until I forced the issue. I was told they submitted the video to APD: the video was never submitted until I forced the issue. I was told the people slid under the main gate: you cannot slide under the rolling main gate. And there is no other damages to the gate that indicates forced entry. I was also told that "someone let the thieves in the main gate and the security door to our units." I tried having a conversation with the district manager - he literally rolled his eyes. Again this happened on 9/11 and I wasn't even able to get the APD to come out to file a claim until 9/16!! I was also notified that there had been several other units on the property that have been robbed (other than the 5 mentioned above).... Again no forced entry/damage to any of the main property gates. THIS WAS CLEARLY AN INSIDE JOB!!! I firmly believe the DM and property manager are in this!!! Do not store your stuff here!!! If you value your belongings.... THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO USE FOR STORAGE!!! read more

Just rented a unit at this location. Dani assisted me. The facility was well maintained and clean. Dani was extremely helpful.

Watch out for Public Storage in Antioch on Deer Valley Road. Rented in August and just got bill for February with a 24% increase rent (after 5 months). Unit is large and property is well maintained but was $305 but now going to be $380. Bait and switch. Also, customer service is great at the property but impossible to talk to someone live over the phone. read more

To An Amazing Angel We rate Tabitha 5 STARS, and it is well deserved!! She was very knowledgeable, transparent and has a wonderful compassionate personality. Talk about going above and beyond in customer service. We need more people like her in this world. She not only took the time to listen, but she also reassured us that we would be taken care of. Tabitha kept in communication with us, which is a rare but needed service that has been lost in many big corporations. We recommend Tabitha to our friends and family. We assure you will not be disappointed if you ever get the chance to catch her at one of the Public Storage facilities within her district. Tabitha, we wish you the best and keep up the excellent work read more

I am a Public storage customer, I went to the Deer Valley property on Friday November 4th ( my mom's heavenly birthday). The property Manager was so KIND to me I left there in TEARS. She touched my HEART. I've been a customer with your company for 3 yrs. come February 2023. She did something for me that was truly AMAZING, I will never ever forget her warm and caring personality. Thanks to her my blood pressure is back to normal it had got extremely elevated being told something entirely different..She is a MODEL EMPLOYEE and your company should be PROUD to have her as an EMPLOYEE of "Public storage" THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE..SHE IS THE "BOMB" read more

I've been with Public Storage for over nine years. I started off with Tina and ended with Andrea. Both of these ladies are super stars. They both deserve 5 stars. The storage facility got four stars because the monthly rent is definitely too high and I had my door come off the track and it never got fixed when it was supposed to. I would like to thank Andrea for helping me when I really needed it. While I was moving out of my unit so much was going on and if it hadn't been for Andrea I would have been in dire straights. Thank you Andrea and I hope you continue to be the great person you are. read more

Talk about great timing with scoring their season winter deal! I had moved out of my residence last year and at that time, this place did not have any good deals other than their $1 rent for the first month. This last month I had to look for a bigger storage unit and just happened to check back to see if this location had any deals. SCORE! When I had searched online I wasn't sure how long their Winter Deals would last so I just held the unit (free to reserve, no credit card required, no obligation). An associate called me to confirm and I had mentioned I wasn't sure how much space I needed so we set an appointment to look at that space I reserved, and to look at other spaces. The associate that day, Tina, had helped and was very nice, knowledgeable and so easy and pleasant to work with. Her colleague, David that was also there was very nice too. It was a seamless process. She showed us the first unit which we weren't too sold on so she showed us another and gave us some good insight for the things we needed to store. Overall it was a really good experience. The place is clean and tidy. Be sure to keep checking back on their prices as it changes and seasonal deals come along. I am very satisfied with everything so far - the service, the prices, the location and cleanliness. And they do rounds and check every day to make sure everyone's locks are secure! read more

I moved into my unit yesterday and Tabitha was a HUGE help with explaining to me how everything works and transferring my unit after the one I originally bought was too small. The facilities are the cleanest I've seen in a storage facility. The code system to get in and out of every door feels secure. Danny the attendant was super helpful and kind. If you need storage in town the DV PS is worth the price. read more

Tina (from property #08377) is absolutely wonderful!!! We have been customers for many years. Whenever I come in the office she'll greet me with a smile and knows me by name. Recently when I was in, inquiring about my rent, she said " Let me see what I can do." The very next day I received a call from her stating that our rent had been reduced She has always been so helpful with all of our needs. We highly recommend this facility. read more

Dani is very helpful and accommodating. The place is very secured and clean. I highly recommend this to my family and friends.

The staff here were very friendly and do a great job when first renting a unit. When I rented, there was a new employee there to help me, but rather than have her learn her job at my expense, a more experienced employee also shadowed us throughout the visit and made sure that all went well. They had good prices on moving supplies and even helped me out to the truck with all the boxes that I purchased. The unit I rented was relatively clean and in good shape. I paid the additional money for the drive up unit, so price seems high but it is worth it. I'd give them 5 stars if prices were lower. Otherwise this is a good place to rent. read more

Wonderful, safe place. The staff is excellent and I always feel very welcome when I visit. They are always helpful and always try to help me - whether it's directions to the nearest office supply store to can I borrow the cart. I can't say enough good things about this place, and am just glad that I found it. Thanks for the excellent service. read more

Why are people rating this above a 1 is unknown to me. Fake reviews is what!! So run.... fast away from here and find another place. They are RUDE, unaccommodating, and don't enforce rules for parking. It's like the wild Wild West over here. Cars parked blocking units, and entry ways to elevators. Whoever the African American girl could have cared less that cars were blocking the area we needed to park, but not only that, it was with an attitude. When we needed a cart, they were closed and we had to wait in 100 degree heat for over 30 minutes to get one so we could unload. Whatever you do, don't use this place. You can't come after 5:30 and they give you a code the size of Texas that you need to enter to get up and down the elevator. It takes 3 min just to enter it on the key pad. It's dirty and there's illegal activity going on in some of the units. Horrible. Don't let the free rent persuade you. It's a trap. read more

i had an unfortunate experience here and will never return. i rented a upstairs unit, the staff when moving in explaned the elevator was wierd but safe, the door jams almost every time i used the elevator and when moving out i was stuck inside the elevator for 2 hours.....the staff was asked many times to get it fixed and i even took it to the corperate level with nothing done, with the price 278 bucks a month i spent there i expected a lot more. maby safty . needless to say i do not reccomend this place to anyone. read more

Over priced. Not competive for the area. Rates are raised regularly. They have no respect for long time customers and give better rates and discounts to new customers. Forget being able to get hold of someone. They do not answer phones and sales calls are transfered to Customer Service elsewhere. Took about a year to get a light bulb replace. Location is clean. read more

I was in need of a storage unit quick. I was moving and realized I couldn't take everything with me. I went in and got my storage unit very quickly. Tina was very helpful and informative. She walked us to our unit, showed us how to use the gate codes, the door codes and how to open and close the door. KUDOS! The AC works and on a hot day of moving, feels amazing. Anytime I have a question, Tina is always there to help me out. The facility is clean, have never had problems with the gate or the staff. I will definately recommend/come back. read more

Teana is super helpful and kind. I have been there quite a few times and she never fails to provide excellent customer service.

Seriously, this is such a welcoming, friendly place! I actually had a great time in the rental process with the manager! We laughed and joked, and tho this was a very difficult time for me, she really made me feel alright about my situation. The place is clean, secure, the storage space very nice. As soon as I got of the phone with the toll free number, I received a phone call from the actual facility, making an appointment. I Llloooovvvveeee the manager omg she's so great! read more

Tina was a great help! Very informative, made the visit easy and quick! Enjoy doing business with her!

In my opinion Public Storage has gone downhill since I moved in, and I feel they have some serious issues now. They are also currently only accessible half hours they were when I moved in. The other day I entered their gated area to find broken glass on the ground, and a moving box with an empty booze bottle in it along with chewed up chicken legs and ants. Upon going to my 3rd floor storage space I began being bitten by gnats. I found a dead cockroach in my storage space and one in the hall. The whole floor smelled like something rotting. I have reported the pests. I have not seen any fly traps or been notified of fumigation. I was told the smell was due to the floor not being climate controlled. That doesn't make sense as I have been there for years. Be aware that only one of the three floors in the big building is climate controlled; somehow that fact escaped me when I moved in. Their storage spaces were accessible 6am to 9pm when I moved in. But they currently are only open 9:30am to 6pm M-F and 9:30am to 5pm weekends. I was told this is due to "security issues". There seems to be only one employee per day to watch the place, which might explain their new hours? The onsite employees have been nice when I have talked to them. I have attempted to contact their corporate offices. When you call their 800 number the call tree choices are pretty much to be transferred to on site staff, or deal with renting, paying, giving notice of moving out etc...so I opted to fill out an online form instead. Their website says to fill out a contact form because they want to make you happy and give excellent customer service, but I never got a response. The price has gone up over the years, yet I feel like I am getting less then half the value now. No compensation or price adjustment has been offered to me by onsite staff, but I haven't asked. I am trying to move out, but it is difficult for me due to their new hours. read more

Awesome place! Great customer service! I had come in to look at a storage we had on hold and David helped me the first time. He was great and very helpful, the storage we had reserved was not the right size for us so he helped me set up for a bigger one with no problems. I came in the next day with my wife so she can see it and Tina (property manager) was the one who helped us out and she was great! Greeted us in a friendly manner and made us feel comfortable (usually people are rude since we're a lesbian couple lol ) but she was awesome! Right away she went over everything to make sure we were getting the right storage size. She Showed us the property and the unit and answered every question we had. The process was fast and easy and within a short time we had our unit and all the moving supplies we needed. Thank you so much we appreciate all the help and the friendly smile. read more
