We had our unit here for almost 9 years, and it was an amazing experience for most of that time. Unfortunately, ever since management changed, everything has gone downhill. There have been rodents and droppings everywhere, and it affected my belongings pretty badly. To make matters worse, I found out they haven't had on-site management for over 2 months. That's honestly ridiculous. People have had their units broken into, and there wasn't even an email sent out to notify customers. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived at 9:06, and there was nobody there. At first I thought, "No worries, things happen for a reason." But then I found out there was no one there because they haven't had management for 2 months. This is exactly why so many people are moving out. I'm honestly devastated because I get attached to places, and this storage facility has been part of my life for almost 9 years. Unfortunately, I have to move my belongings elsewhere. I really hope Premier gets new management because I would love to come back someday. But for now, I can't recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories, Premier. They have me the custimer namr at 1st last name Callins , then when after we cleaned Chris the employeeat the desk told Kisti that we had been done cleaning Serigio Ortegas unit ! Why is he providingfalse statements??? . There was over 70 boxes in that unit and had insulation hanging from the sealing, it was hard to work inside with all that insulation floating in the air. When we opened them, 100% of them had cleaned out garbage inside or garbage, the type you sweep off the floor in them with durt and different peoples information ( not 1 person ) I also asked for the lean information and it did not match any of the random information we found. 100% off all WAS GARBAGE. Also Chris and his manager Kristi are not friendly at all. I ask myself How can There be over 70 boxes and they all had garbage Clean out in them. I asked for help and the manager hung up on me threatening to red flag me ( forcing the clean out ) Then hung up. Chris the employee at the desk has no people skills and would get mad when talking, i am a very calm person and asked him to not talk to me that way. I hope they didn't clean out other units and stuffed garbage in this 10×30 unit. We had the worst time cleaning that. Guys it was ALL SWEEPED UP GARBAGE IN EVERY BOX, ALL OF THEM. This place was brand new and offered great deals. They even have a military discount for all the military out there! We got a 10 x 30 because we knew we'd end up putting more in as we moved into our trailer. There are gates to get in and out, of the storage area, that require a personal code that helps keep everything safe. The only complaint I have is their payment system sometimes messes up. We signed up for auto payments every month and it doesn't always come out or it might be the wrong amount (without our military discount). Whenever this happens, we call and they fix it right away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommended this place for all your storage needs.

He has a lot of 5-star reviews and we decided to call Ian -the owner and ask him for a quote for installing overhead racks. Ian has a lot of knowledge and experience in installing overhead racks. After measuring, he gave me several options on where and the size of racks I can install. After several considerations, I opted for a corner rack with two 4'x8' racks connected at the corner of the garage. He came on the scheduled installation date. He was very professional. He advised me that he has to replace one of the 4'x8' since it will be too long and will be in the way of the garage door railings. He did a good job and I was satisfied with his work and product. The overhead racks are sturdy and just about the right size. Since he installed a shorter rack, he lowered the price of the material installed. He's very honest and fair in his services. If you want to install overhead racks inside your garage, I highly recommend Summit Garage Storage. You'll be satisfied with his work and expertise.

Talk about great timing with scoring their season winter deal! I had moved out of my residence last…read moreyear and at that time, this place did not have any good deals other than their $1 rent for the first month. This last month I had to look for a bigger storage unit and just happened to check back to see if this location had any deals. SCORE! When I had searched online I wasn't sure how long their Winter Deals would last so I just held the unit (free to reserve, no credit card required, no obligation). An associate called me to confirm and I had mentioned I wasn't sure how much space I needed so we set an appointment to look at that space I reserved, and to look at other spaces. The associate that day, Tina, had helped and was very nice, knowledgeable and so easy and pleasant to work with. Her colleague, David that was also there was very nice too. It was a seamless process. She showed us the first unit which we weren't too sold on so she showed us another and gave us some good insight for the things we needed to store. Overall it was a really good experience. The place is clean and tidy. Be sure to keep checking back on their prices as it changes and seasonal deals come along. I am very satisfied with everything so far - the service, the prices, the location and cleanliness. And they do rounds and check every day to make sure everyone's locks are secure!

Tried to access my unit today my code did not work I do not have the strength to call wait and complain today. I would not refer anyone to rent from any public storage.
