I was robbed by the employees who work here so good luck. They took all of my electronic equipment, damaged my furnitures and then took the lock. When I asked for help to review the time stamp they were clueless and probably the people who helped get me robbed. The police were useless but they did identify this place for a case of robberies. I rented online. That seemed fine. I moved in that seemed fine. I have been here about 1 day and I am getting illegally evicted for using my rental at all. As far as I know without a refund or any use of the rental space. The sunset location is run by 2 cunty Jewish women. They don't even understand the concept of customer. read more

This company sucks and constantly increases the rates, often by over 20%. I moved my stuff from one city to another and both places charged me the full month. So if you want to change to a unit in a different city on the 1st of the month, they will both charge you for the full month regardless. They scam the shit out of you and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone read more

OK every since I've started at this storage ! They have raise the rent of my storage unit ! they always have out rages late fees ! they've tried to break into my unit... and it's always a problem when I come to pay my storage bill !!!! That is the most frustrating part when you're trying to pay your bill and the employee has an attitude and mad at you for no reason and to top it off the phone doesn't work they can't pick up and take the payment over the phone . that's the problem that's inconvenience for me in my time now I have to come down to the storage building to pay for my unit . Great experience with this location. Started at Deer valley location wasn't what I was looking for. This location turned out perfect. DAVID was super cool and fun I know it sounds weird getting a storage unit but DAVID made it fun. My son and I had some good laughs with DAVID. make sure when you close your storage, they give you a confirmation email or receipt. I had closed my account in December and had received and email, that stated I still owed for January. In fact, I had closed my account in December, had already paid the leftover balance, had cleared out my storage before the end of December as requested and had filled out all of their closure forms. I had then received an email this month stating I owe money when I had done all that was required. be careful this does not happen to you. Sheesh read more

Seems to me they raise their rates every year!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never mind the fact that my storage unit has been broken in to 2 times over the years. Ridiculous pricing. Since 2014, the price of my storage unit has went from $238.00 to now $360.00. I've been a loyal customer since 2010. You would think loyal customers would get a break. Granted, they've "beefed" up the fence and repaired the roof, but IMO, that does not justify such a huge jump in rates. My latch on my storage unit still hasn't been fixed since the last break-in. Make sure you ask how many break-ins they've had in recent years. read more

Overall satisfied. The door that opens to the corridor that leads to my unit was not clearly marked, which is fine for me, but will be difficult to describe to my sisters. The unit itself was not lit, so I will have to remember to bring a flash light. My only disappointment is that they did not tell me in advance the type of padlock they require and the obligation to have insurance. I just wanted to take a moment and say how great the folks here have been the last 4 years. I never had any problems or issues while using this facility. Any interactions I had with management or staff has always been pleasant. I'm moving into a house now and no longer need storage but I'm thankful that they were nearby these last 4 years while I was in my apartment. Two storage buildings got broken into, and I was never contacted after an entire month passed. Figured out something was wrong when my lock key would not work. Company didn't try to email or send a letter (I did change my phone #, so no calls either) The employee claimed to have "known who did it", because this individual immediately moved out after the incident (according to this employees claim). Hmmm, sounds a little suspicious. As Janurary approaches I receive another rent incline notification (notice they can send mail notifications for rent incline but not property theft). Rent will go from $112 to $132, huh!? So you want me to pay YOU back for poor security measures and having my unit broken into and personal property stolen? Sike! So I went into this location last week on monday a guy not sure what his name was helped me he was very outgoing and honest and very professional. The property was clean and unit sizes and prices seemed fair. I left with some boxes and some tape the prices for the merchandise was ok but everything was great quality. I am a very picky person as to where I place my items for safe keeping, after contacting a few locations, I found this particular company to be the choice I will work with, Utonia contacted me promptly after I left a message, she invited me back to the property and showed me a few options of units, she was very polite, professional and was able to work with my situation. the facility is well groomed, clean which is a must for me. the prices are reasonable.... i also noticed many tenants having great communication with her. this indicates to me a stress free and friendly environment... A complete bait & switch! I went online specifically to reserve a unit. I filled out all the paperwork & received a " reservation number". Right before my move in I get a call. The unit that I "reserved" is not available. They only "have so many for the first month free promotion. "But they do have 1 available if I pay full price! What nerve!! It's been a couple of weeks & of course no promotion unit in my size has opened yet. I will be contacting better business bureau, corporate headquarters ( if this questionable business has one) & anybody else I can think of. read more
