I love StorMasters Self Storage! They Have great prices and several unit sizes to accommodate what ever your needs may be. I went there in a time of need after a break up and Evan the manager gave me a great sign on price (50% off the first 3 months), walked me around the grounds to show me my options, even helped my save money by sizing the U-Haul I showed up with saving me even more money. I would have purchased a larger unit and had more space than I needed. The staff their is very customer oriented, he even helped me mail some packages before leaving. The grounds are completely secure with tall fencing, electronic gates and cameras posted everywhere. I live out of state now and know my belongs are secure there. The units were clean and well lit, making the unload process easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Evan! read more

This storage has poor facility maintenance including but not limited to : Leaking Sprinkler pipes leading to water damage on stored goods, It also has rats and other insects that damage items in the storage. The customer service is lacking. They harass people who are moving storage out of their facilities over their speaker system along with locking peoples cars in storage to prevent customer from leaving. They have also locked people out of their storage before payment was due. I would recommend any other storage than this one. I have had use many storage facilities in the past. This is the first one that i have seen that will only lead to arguments with management, Cops and lawsuits. read more

Excellent Customer Service! You cannot put a price on excellent customer service. I try and refrain from doing unsecured business over the internet. Every month I call to make my payment over the phone. Cindy or Evan always has a warm greeting for me. They have my card on file and after a couple of questions, Wah-la it's done. They conveniently send the receipt to my email. If I catch them at a busy time, they always make time to call me back and make sure what ever I needed is taken care of. Kudos to them both. I've only been here a two weeks and Mary is a complete nightmare already... She lies, she threatens... Mary and her husband are outright sick property managers... As I was signing the contract the Pittsburg Police showed up, and show up all the time. The Police are around just to harass and intimidate the innocent tenants that just want to rent a storage unit... You can never find out who owns the facility in order to complain, because Mary and her husband who are the property managers won't tell you... This is a terrible place to rent a storage unit...best if you find another place to rent. read more

I found this storage facility recently and moved a lot of things I have in storage from my previous storage unit in Marin, which was more expensive. So, the price is very fair especially if you take advantage of their offer of one month free for signing up in advance for six months. Cindy is the best! She was very helpful and professional and clearly happy to help you save money, if possible. The facility itself is clean and appears very secure. Don't hesitate to use this to store excess items. Even though the drive from Marin is about an hour, I still think it's worth it! read more
