I decided to store my things at self storage when I moved out of my parents house and in with my husband. The location was great for me because it was only one town away from where i used to live. I only planned on having a unit for about tree months but then kept it until now, It has been a year and a half. I am very happy with the pricing and all the specials that they have. The hours are also nice 7am-7pm. They beat competitor pricing and to me its worth the drive to the next town. we've had a unit since 2006 and i've never had anything stolen.no one has ever even attempted to break in to our unit.storage city is well lighted and i've never been there that someone on the staff was'nt there on site.everytime ihave needed a question answered,there has been some one on staff there to tell me what i needed to know.staff knows the bussiness, is polite and friendly,and even called me once to let me know that when i locked my unit i locked it open not closed.i'd have given them 5 stars if the hours they are open had'nt been cut back.sometimes you can get two cookies .cain't beat that!! read more

I originally started storing here because of a special first month offer and have been very pleased with the service I have received. There was an incident where someone attempted a break in and they handled the situation promptly and professionally. My lock was cut by someone who then put there own lock on my unit. A Storage City very alertly noticed the change and contacted me to see if it was my doing. Thanks to their vigilance I suffered no loss and was even furnished with a new lock at no charge! He explains things in a simple and easy manner so the rules are easy to follow. The prices are competitive with other facilities that are less secure and not as easily accessible. What attracted us to this storage unit is that the grounds always look so clean from the street when passing in my car over the years. This is the cleanest and nicest storage place in Antioch. All the other business up the street do not pick up the trash that blows in front of their stores, but A Storage City never has any trash floating on or in the street in front of it, have always wanted to tell them thank you for keeping it clean. read more
