This place and their staff deserve zero stars. Form the moment I rented a unit to having to have a lock smith come and cut of my broken lot there has been nothing but problems. Today I scheduled a locksmith to come out to remove my broken lot, scheduled with the un professional property manger Jasmine yesterday and when I knocked on the door to let her know I was here her good for nothing lazy boyfriend, baby daddy or who ever he is had an attitude and cursed me out for knocking on the door. If you wasn't being lazy you would have not been asleep at 1230p. Regardless of me disturbing that piece of crap, there is no reason to be un professional and and disrespectful. Jasmine with her unprofessionalism made excuses for him and was just as rude. If you don't like your job, then quit and don't take a job where you live and work at the same place. These employees need to be fired for the way they treat customers because if they did this to me today, they have done it to other customers as well. I wouldn't had had to hired a locksmith if when I filled out a request to get my lock cut off, they did it in a timely manner. The DM failed to come out twice, guess they were waiting to the first so they could collect more went on the crappy storage unit, I don't think so. No security cameras on second floor. Someone cut our lock & put their own lock. Almost every locker had been tampered with. Public put their lock on until we could get there. They had left a message that they'd put their lock until we could get in. But failed to tell us we'd need make an appointment to have them cut off the intruders lock so when we got there we couldn't get into the storage unit. We had the movers cut it and found our original lock cut and laying inside. And they never answer the phone it always goes to message with no call back. read more

There are way better storage companies you can find. Customer service is horrible they honestly can care less about their customers. Luckily only needed a month and I literally moved out before the end of the month but yet the charged me a month ahead when I tried to talk to someone about it the answer I got was "now you have more days". A lot of places try to work with their customers or make accommodations to makeup For any mistakes this please is like talking to a robot Machine. I would never use their services again. read more

Do not trust Margaret. Get the insurance and EXPECT TO GET ROBBED. The people who work here will specifically put you into a unit neighboring a vacant unit so they can disassemble the wall and steal your belongings while being undetected. My locks were still intact but there were footprints on the walls hmm kinda obvious. I should have known when she asked me repetitively what I was putting into my unit. My husband had over 15,000 dollars in tools stolen and we were only insured for 5 thousand. I only stored my things for 2 months and in that time I visited my unit 5 times. The gate was broken but I was never notified. Also there were 10+ other units broken into during my short stay and again I was NOT NOTIFIED! Was a customer for quite some time. At one point had five separate units while I awaited my home to be built. Paid around $1500 per month in total. I'm summer of 2021, they had contractors come out to replace roll up doors. We were not asked but told. In one of my units were two beautiful white couches less than a year old. They were completely shrink wrapped for protection. During installation, the contractor's employees moved the couches, dropping cushions onto the pavement and ruining them. They also stepped on the couches putting a hole in the plastic and leaving dark dirty footprints on my couches. They were ruined. I have waited since September of 2021 for a resolution and all I have received is a runaround. My issue is not with the awesome staff at the location as they have tried. Corporate has reached out to me once with a promise unfulfilled and has now gone dark. This is terrible to do to a customer! read more

Storage is so expensive! We pay roughly $200 a month for our unit. No wonder why they made that storage wars show. People can't afford this. I do feel safe with my stuff being here. The gate is pretty secure. Everyone has their own gate code. I haven't seen any hobos wandering around either so no worries here. The worst part about storage (besides the monthly fee) is the spider webs are intense! You have to wear your grimiest colleges in order to get anything out. The customer service is fantastic! This property manager or whom ever this young man Michael is, told me if I wanted to move out on June 1st it would cost me the entire month of June's rent of $175!!! This is not right and he also lied to me and told me that insurance was mandatory, which it is NOT. I will never refer, recommend, or give a good or positive review of this company! He told me "They don't pro-rate" so I would have to pay for a full months rent if I went even one day into the next month. I guess they don't know how to use a calculator!? This does not sound in accordance with California law so I am going to contact my Attorney right away. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This company is a rip off. I rented a unit for this location the day I am moving things into the unit there is a group of guys out the location smoking marijuana. I call the corporate office not one person every called me back. I would never rent from company they care less about who and what goes on in there locations they just want your money.
