Any questions you have or doubts don't sign until you get advice from a professional it will save you money and time. Clauses like the company is not responsible for any verbal promises made by employees. The credit application is not only a credit worthiness. It can be used against future credit ratings if not fully in compliance or back out of the contract for unforeseen reasons or dissatisfaction. Watch your credit card charges you many be charged for services even as I was which can result in a credit card dispute. Do not rely on the office manager or billing clerk to correct anything you think is wrong. Above all remember you cannot rely on verbal promises it changes as much as the weather in Las Vegas. If you cancel your system, your fault their fault or not satisfied the service. Keep in mind that credit application it can be used against you in unfavorable credit reporting. A question never asked, does anyone have power of attorney over your actions the answer is YES. My daughter and the point of contact for any emergencies that may arise. Any future comments or concerns may addressed to her. Brian Laffery is the sales representative who initialed the agreement on the inactive alarm system in my home. He did a through floor plan agreed to my terms to keep the current system in place and have the installer check the all circuits to insure they were still active and install a new attachment to the current panel box for $99 dollar install with $49.50 up front $49.50 upon completion using my credit card. My questions was there a requirement for a credit application on the original only and why didn't appear on my copy?? Why did Brian never consult with me on the reverse side of the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. Which may have been a factor in accepting or rejecting the S&S agreement. Side didn't notice it for months after signing it with a friend point it out to me? Installer took about 20 minutes to install an attachment to the Control Panel. I pointed out all the window, movement and door circuits, inside screamer. outside bell which notifies neighbors since it my be ancient to the young installer. I request a new battery for the control panel, and couldn't remember the last it was replaced and didn't want a communication breakdown!! I was told by the installer that the office manager/billing clerk it was $59 plus tax which had to be paid upon install??? Why would a battery be charged against a if a completing new system for $99 same billing clerk charge $199 for install to my credit card Disputed with credit card company had one other isse with another credit on the account Is currently inactive with a new credit card pending. Issue of a password, some how after checks of the system technician set up the security password to this system not Brian, with in Bold Letter Attention is directed to Conditions on the Reverse Side and had me back date it 3/4/2026. More than a questionable business practice!!! I am awaiting a response from your company with a detailed explanations of each of your business practices. No accredation with the Better Business Bureau and which can be referred to the AARP Nevada stop Scams and Fraud hot hotline!

I'm nearing the end of an extensive project to modify an upstairs room into a proper home theater…read more At every stage of this process--from initial brainstorming to projector screen hanging--I've felt VERY fortunate to be relying on the professionalism, expertise, and integrity of Don, Bill & Carolyn at Image, Sound & Control (IMSOCO). Although I had been using the room as a theater for several years, turning it into a proper theater required some serious effort including removing and relocating one wall; rerouting the A/C system; building a riser; remounting doors; installing and wiring computer-controlled lighting; and of course, permanently installing and organizing the previously tangled network of cabling. I was prepared to spend a few bucks on this because having a permanent, dedicated theater was a lifelong dream; but like most of us, I didn't have unlimited funds. Here was the first sign that IMSOCO was a superior choice. At every decision point, Don & Bill have had one eye on "doing it well and right" and another eye on respecting my budget. This extends from shopping for high quality but cost-effective products (chairs, screen, etc.) to integrating my current audio/video gear into the A/V design. And that respect for budget isn't just lip service. On the few occasions that part of the project took a little longer than expected or didn't go quite as efficiently as Don intended, my bill was voluntarily adjusted (without any request from me!) so that the inconvenience didn't come out of my pocket. That's extraordinary integrity at work. Before any actual construction began, Don meticulously discussed EVERY IMAGINABLE detail of the project and prepared CAD drawings to pin down measurements, features, wire runs, and the like. Further, throughout the project, Don (who is officially the most detail-oriented person I've ever met, and therefore, EXACTLY the guy you want supervising a project like this) thought, rethought, and consulted me on every choice and refinement, including proposing solutions I would NEVER have thought of (and I've been doing home theater as an amateur for nearly four decades, myself.) Key to all of those choices is Bill, a professional musician with decades of audio/video experience. Since I'm a musician myself (and an audiophile old-timer), I appreciate that Bill brings to the project an authority and comfort level that can only be realized with a true meeting of the minds. He knows how high-quality A/V should look and sound, and how to get there whether your budget is unlimited or down-to-earth. Every expense was precisely identified and approved in advance, and the billings from Carolyn were detailed and clear. No hidden charges, no surprises, all up front and in the open. Finally, Don, Bill & Carolyn--and their team of pros who have participated on the project (with their own contributions of expertise and creativity)--made this experience a helluva lot of fun. When the project comes to completion, I'll post a photo of the final results. At this point, I wanted to chime in with an endorsement of IMSOCO for anyone who is considering a new audio and/or video system, or adding automation to their home. You'll enter into a project with Image, Sound & Control with a superior professional relationship, and come out of the project in an authentically friendly relationship--and a MUCH IMPROVED home entertainment/automation setup.

Horrible service! Stay away. JF Technical put cameras in my home a few years ago and left a hole…read morelarge enough for a rat to get into my attic. After dealing with that, JF Technical was contacted and claimed it was not their fault after they admitted there was a small hole left unpatched. According to Fabian, the owner, a rat could not have fit through that hole. Fast forward two years and the job was still not complete as I wanted two cameras in my dog run that had two-way communication. Clearly, that was almost too much to ask as it took two years to get installed. We have never been able to get our cameras on our iPads and were told it was the iPad configuration. Seriously, it's an iPad, how many different ways can it be configured? They also failed to secure the wires that were pulled to the rafters or at least tuck them out of the way. A few years after installation was complete our heater needed to be serviced and the technician refused as the wires were run on top of the unit making it impossible for him to work. Since then, I have had the system completely removed and had CAT6 wires run, and a new camera system installed. Stay away from this company as it will just cost you double in the long run. Now, we love our new system however, it cost us over $10,000 to get here.
