No service at the Registry and Pickup line, until all of the Returns line is serviced - another 10 minutes. Then they say, "There's only one line." Apparently no one's bothered to fix the signs over the two counters. This was my second time attempting to pick up the same order. I cannot for the life of me get a successful pickup order from Target. Is it a defective online account? Is it this store? Not sure. Multiple emails saying my purchase is ready for pickup, and the store can't locate it. I gave them my drivers license, to ensure they spelled my name right, still nothing. And, for some reason, they think I'm going to come back a third time and bring in my laptop for them to scan a barcode for the order. They've some underlying long unresolved bad assumption or glitch in their ordering system.

I came in for a simple trip--just a few items--and was met with a store that seemed to have completely given up on its customers. ​Every single register and self-checkout on the first floor was shut down. No staff, no machines, nothing. I was forced to trek to the second level just to find a way to pay for my items. When I finally got there, the only thing available was self-checkout, and because the rest of the store was essentially closed, the line stretched on forever. ​It is pathetic that a major retailer expects its customers to hunt through multiple floors just to find a functioning terminal. I don't work here. I am not on the payroll. Yet, Target expects me to do the labor of checking myself out after waiting in a line that management clearly doesn't care about fixing. ​The lack of staffing and the complete disregard for a customer's time is a glaring weakness in how this location is run. You are failing at the most basic requirement of a retail business: letting people buy things. This needs to be addressed ASAP because the current "service" is non-existent.

I ordered a drive up order since I have a sick toddler. I forgot items and made a second order 30 minutes later. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." They could easily just turn off the feature as other stores have done. Save the headache and go to Methuen, or just skip all targets.

To the point where it's likely a safety hazard. How management allows this is beyond me. The layout is weird and doesn't follow the same format most Target stores seem to follow. The selection of beer and wine sucks and is randomly scattered through the grocery section. The only thing this Target has going for it is self-checkout. Even the lack of sales tax doesn't make it worth the trip here. I'd go to any of the Massachusetts locations before this one.

This is a combo store- housing both a Homegoods and a TJ Maxx in the same building. The store is good sized, bright and clean and has a ton of checkout registers. Lots of nice stuff- sheets, towels, bedding, art, and so much more. I saw many staff being busy and milling about assisting customers so that is always good. I got some pet shampoo for a good price- even better than local pet stores and online!

Most shops are great for what they are, but they can feel a little like walking into a typical Ford or Chevy dealership--straightforward and functional. Walking into Card Czar felt more like stepping into a Porsche showroom. Everything is clean, organized, well-lit, and thoughtfully displayed. The lighting really stands out too. It's bright, inviting, and makes the entire place feel energetic without being overwhelming. What really blew me away was the selection. Individual cards, boxes from all kinds of brands, sealed cases, memorabilia--you name it. If it has anything to do with sports cards or collecting, chances are they have it there. And it's not just crammed into shelves either. Everything is laid out in a way that makes you actually want to take your time and look around. The staff are another big part of what makes the place special. Everyone is friendly and clearly knows the hobby well. The owner, Luke, has created a really fun environment for collectors. There's a huge screen TV, awesome memorabilia around the shop, and just a great overall vibe. It feels like a place where collectors actually want to hang out for a while, not just run in and buy something. I've been to plenty of sports card shows with multiple vendors over the years, and honestly this one place feels more impressive than a lot of them. If you're a collector, I'd absolutely recommend making the trip to Card Czar. It's worth the drive. The best way I can describe it is this: it's the Porsche of sports card emporiums. In a word--WOW!

Home, garden, hardware, furniture, unexciting DVD movies, a fairly good sized food and grocery department. We found some cheap painting supplies ( brushes, rollers, and tape) as well as some cleaning supplies and tarps. The staff seemed friendly and focused. Not a bad store to get the basics at a fair price.

It is very unorganized and feels dirty. I was one of a few customers shopping, there were 2 women employees complaining loudly to each other over another employee and when I was trying to shop another aisle a male employee, ignoring me, acted like I was in his way as he kept his eyes down throwing merchandise on the shelves. I told the cashier I would've purchased more but I could not see and things I would've bought were not priced. She responded by saying she thinks they turn the lights on around 5:00pm and that there are so many price changes that they can't keep up with pricing products...REALLY?? I work in retail myself. If you care about your job/store and making sales, clean the place up. I will drive out of my way from now on and shop at the Rochester NH store which is CLEAN, well PRICED AND have the store lights ON with super FRIENDLY employees.
