After being referred to uBreakiFix by Google Support for my Pixel 8 Pro that got wet (it fell in a…read morelake in the middle of my trip to Italy 3 weeks prior), making an appointment online with their website, and driving 3 hours from Vermont, the employees of the Nashua, NH uBreakiFix store could best be described as "aggressively unhelpful." They said my online-scheduled noon appointment that day meant nothing and they didn't have time to work on my phone, despite the website promising same day service with an appointment. They then said they don't work on water damaged phones at all and that I was wasting my time (despite "water damage repair" being a service offered on their website and Google Support specifically telling me this was the closest store to me--3 hours from home-for water damage repair). Since the phone would still show a battery icon when plugged in, it just wouldn't charge, I suspected the only issue was the battery. When I said I wanted to take a chance and replace the battery, and I would pay for it out of pocket, regardless of whether it was successful in fixing the phone, they said they didn't have time and I'd have to leave my phone with them for days. So, what was the point of making an online appointment then where same day repair is promised? When I asked them if they could ship the phone back to me after repair since I lived 3 hours away, they literally scoffed in my face and said "No we don't do that." Reaching the point of exasperation with their negativity, they told me to go to a different store. So I drove 30 more minutes to the uBreakiFix in Salem, NH. I'm glad I DID try a different store because the Salem, NH location was 100% more friendly, did the repair I asked without any hassle whatsoever, said they would do a specific water damage cleaning, and SUCCESSFULLY FIXED MY PHONE and saved my vacation photos. They made the process easy and were very accommodating in offering a way to ship the phone back to me since I live 3 hours away from the store. I'm so grateful for their hard work! Thank you, Salem uBreakiFix! Thanks for nothing, Nashua store...

On the"Good-Meh-Suck" scale, NH iPhone Repair in Nashua was a solid Good ++. We all have had to…read moredeal with a cracked iPhone screen (most likely, from our kid's iPhone). You can make an Apple Store appointment and pay a premium to get it done or, if you live in Nashua, you can drop it off and then go food shopping at the Market Basket on Amherst Street. When you are done, stop back in the NH iPhone Repair Store and pick up your iPhone with its new screen! And save money! This is a no brainer. It takes 30 minutes (max) to change the screen. I had to fix a screen for my child (and will bill them later for the repair at Apple prices!) and could not be more happy with the service provide. Cam was outstanding. If you need cables or charging blocks, they carry quality Anker products and even sell unlocked iPhones. Apple is great but I like saving money as much as the next guy. Thanks NH iPhone Repair in Nashua. I hope that I will not return but if I do, I know where to go!

I explained how frustrating it has been sitting around waiting for a call that clearly wasn't coming and he apologized & told me he'd be in tomorrow , & he would make sure I get a call and update as soon as they have an update & know if the phone is able to be fixed. Initial experience with this place was 1 but this guy just redeemed it to get to 3 . Hopefully it will be 4 in the end x I won't be giving 5 unless the first guy I spoke to calls an apologies

Beware! UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, and FRAUDULENT. Do not use Thornton Electronics Repair LLC…read more I highly suggest finding a different, more reputable repair company. My family and I contacted Thornton Electronics to repair a refrigerator for my elderly parents (70+). Ryan responded and scheduled a consultation. Upon inspection, he stated that the fridge was not getting cold because the control board was not working and that replacing it would resolve the issue. Ryan provided no timeline for when the part would arrive or be replaced. After three weeks of waiting and several follow-up phone calls, Ryan returned and installed the control board. After paying a hefty sum of over $300 for the consultation, a used part, and labor, Ryan said the refrigerator would take 24 hours to get cold again. When the refrigerator did not get cold after 24 hours, we contacted Ryan again, who stated there must be a problem with the compressor. He told us he would order a new compressor and come install it for an additional $400. We hesitated on spending the additional money, but Ryan assured us that this would fix the problem. Ryan arrived onsite, replaced the compressor for the additional $400, and said the refrigerator would work in 24 hours. Once again, 24 hours passed, and the refrigerator did not work. After spending $700 on repairs--half the cost of a new refrigerator--we still did not have a working appliance. Ryan assured us he would file an insurance claim, and that they would cover the cost of a replacement refrigerator because he was unable to fix it. After several weeks of contacting Ryan and his insurance company, we found out that his insurance would not cover any of the repair, labor, or replacement costs. We asked Ryan to return or take the parts back for a refund and keep the cost of labor, but he refused. Ryan took complete advantage of elderly people who live on a fixed income. He took over $700 for a repair he could not complete and made no effort to correct the situation. UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, and FRAUDULENT are the words I would use to describe Thornton Electronics LLC. Consumers, beware!
