We hired NEDS to fix water damage after a fridge leak. They did the work in half the time they said they would, and they did half the job. They actually created a mold problem in my house and I had to pay another company to come in and do the job right. The impact their negligence has had on our lives is substantial. Mold has to be physically removed, not just sprayed with bleach/MMR nor fogged. FYI I tried contacting the owner to right the situation instead of writing this review, but he didn't want to accept responsibility/do the right thing. Do not hire NEDS for any water damage, they are negligent.

Tim had his team come out and everyone was very professional and kind. The first crew came out and took out the ceiling and some walls. For the last part of the walls affected by mold, Tim sent Angel. We were worried that part of the moldy wall which was behind the AC unit wouldn't be accessible and we would have to incur thousands of dollars to have an HVAC company come out to move it, but Angel was able to take care of that portion of the wall without having to call out a HVAC crew!! Thank you to Tim and his crew - Hector, Frank, and especially Angel Pascual - who is truly a Godsend. Now after over three weeks of this grueling ordeal, we can say the mold issue at my parents' home is solved!

They failed to perform work they billed for, which led to mold growth, and it took another month for them to return and fix their mistake. Over a year later, they are now demanding payment without providing an invoice for insurance or me to review (neither an Xactimate or TradePro estimate for $10K of work), while threatening interest charges and property liens. Despite advertising that they work with insurance companies, they refused to coordinate with mine. Very frustrating, lengthy and unprofessional experience. I'll post again if this is ever resolved! Please note the workers were helpful and respectful of me and my property, the billing and project management process are just horrible.
