I cannot say enough about this company. Not only are they superb carpenters and contractors, taking pride in doing things right, but they are excellent communicators and respectful nice people. This was a huge job - removing half the roof, demoing the upstairs, adding framing, walls, insulation, a full bathroom, painting, finishing, etc. Through every step of the way the company was efficient, organized and neat, and kept to the predicted time table. I highly recommend them. I am thrilled with every aspect of the process and result.

We notified the Twomey and Legare, contractor, they asked for a video. We emailed them and heard nothing back. We called them and had to resend the video and were told it was in the "junk" folder. Then after they reviewed it, we were told to pay 190.00 as it needed a "tune up". They came to this conclusion from a video with noises and not actually diagnosing the issue at my house. Looks like you buy something these days and have to pay yearly to keep it functioning as expected, even after paying 8k! Stay away from these pricey awnings and contractors as once you pay, you're on your own.

I explained my situation so they made a schedule within a few days, not weeks. Two professional looking guys showed up on the exact time at my door and they finished within an hour. The quality of finishing the job was SUPERB!! and they also cleaned up my garage. The fee I paid was very reasonable compared to the offers I got from Amazon or another website. I am very happy about the fact I contacted the local electrician who cares about local people. I know who I will call next time if I have any electrical issues or projects for my home.

I couldn't possible say enough about how great a company this is. Brett is the owner and sole…read moreemployee so you always know you get first rate service and quality all the time. I hired Brett a number of years ago for my condo in Newburyport. When I had built the condo years before I had surround sound wiring installed but the contractors used wire that that was not identifiable and I always felt that surround sound was no big deal since it didn't sound so great in our condo. After a few years of this thought I was in a store and I heard what surround sound was suppose to sound like. I figured it was the quality of my speakers. So I was at Tweeter and I went on a spending spree of sorts - new speakers, universal remote, Blueray players, receiver, Tivo, etc.... Well, then a not so funny thing happened ... Tweeter went out of business before the installation date and I found myself with most of the equipment and no one to install it. I called down to Tweeter and the manager although super apologetic couldn't do anything for me - but he did, he gave me Brett's name and phone number and told me he was the best in the business - even better than his Tweeter installers. So then I called Brett. He comes out and checks things out and gives me an estimate. He performed all the work (clearly he reads owner's manuals and has the patience of a Saint to be in his line of work) and it all turned out great. Suddenly I had surround sound that blew me away like the commercials. I also had a working Tivo and universal remotes that were actually universal. The installation was neat and when he left, the areas he worked in were clean. He even used tarps to keep our entry area and carpets clean as he went in and out of our condo. Flash forward 5 years and we were building our new home in Topsfield and I need surround sound and outdoor speakers installed during the building process. A big project for sure. Who do you think I called? Brett came in and we walked through the studded house and we came up with a plan and he came back with an estimate and everything is installed and sounds and looks great. Brett is the real deal folks - so if you're looking for Home Theater installs or having your remotes programmed correctly, Brett is your guy.
