This was part of a larger renovation project which took much longer than anticipated in the initial phases of construction. NexSense's audio-visual installation date kept getting postponed, through no fault of their own, and was ultimately delayed by several months. Through it all, NexSense's owner was willing to hang in there and keep rescheduling the installation, and beyond that, to store thousands of dollars of delicate equipment which had arrived in time for the initial installation date. Once NexSense was finally given the go-ahead to execute their part of the project, they flawlessly installed the system and patiently taught me (a non-techie) how to use it. The complex wiring, which is completely hidden in cabinets, was nonetheless installed carefully and neatly. This speaks volumes about the pride they take in their work. The system is wonderful. I can seamlessly and easily switch from listening to music, to watching television, to downloading movies, to showing home videos and photos, to much more. The sound quality is amazing.
