Quite a nuisance and unpredictable appliance, indeed. Dennis and his late mother had uses Dick's TV and Appliance. He said it has been there like 30 plus years and had done a good job. So before our trip, Dennis and I killed ourselves and carried the monstrosity down the stairs and shipped it off to Dick's. 2 days later, they call to say it is ready. Come get it. $120 buckaroos. OK UPDATE: 2 days later and 1 day to vacation departure and the f-in TV has the same problem, this time it does not turn on at all. WTF? Last week now that we are back and settled we garner up the energy to lug the monstrosity back to Dick's. They fix it again (loose connection, they say) and it works. No additional charge the 2nd time around. Yay! Dick's does it again!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly staff. I've gone in now twice with issues…read moreI've been having and each time they took the time to help me right there and then and didn't charge me. Granted it was a quick check and I asked them specifically to look at one component but it still says a lot about the type of operation they run at Microtime Computers. Most recently I screwed up the installation of a graphics card and I thought I fried my PSU in the process so I brought my system in and they tested it for me. Sure enough, I killed the PSU. I asked what my options were/if they thought I killed other components and the guy told me it was possible that I did but it would be $90 to take a close look. He recommended I buy a new PSU, plug everything up and hope for the best considering I would need a new PSU regardless. If I was having troubles he told me to bring it in first thing Monday and they'd evaluate the whole situation for me. I got lucky and everything survived, system started right up with a new PSU. They could've charged me the $90 and then told me all I needed was the PSU but they didn't do that. I'll be back whenever I have an issue I can't deal with by myself.

Microtime Computers has supported our small business for over 7 years, through multiple…read morehardware/software changes and network configurations as well as untold numbers of "emergencies". They have always been incredibly responsive, extremely professional and wonderfully customer-oriented. And they are really nice guys! Steve and Max are great at explaining things in a way and language that a non-techy person like me can understand, while guiding me in making good long-term choices for my business. They find answers to problems and needs while keeping my budget in mind. Over the years I've referred at least 6 other business clients to them, all of whom are happy with their services. My employees also use them for home computer and network issues. Microtime works with me as a true partnership and I can't imagine my company without them.

My experience with this place was sketchy at best! I went to this Verizon store to try and get a…read morebetter deal than Xfinity and the first sketchy thing that I noticed was that Jeremy (the employee that was helping my wife and I) asked me to show him my billing information so I could receive the best possible price. The second sketchy thing was that Jeremy wanted to run a credit check on me which has never happened before when I opened a phone account or internet account. The third sketchy thing that happened was Jeremy asked me for a deposit which has never occurred before either and I had to ask them if this deposit was for the internet and phone service that I had applied for and Jeremy said yes and that it was nothing to worry about so I figured the deposit would be the first month of service which would have been $97.00 for both internet service and phone service so I gave him my credit card information and after Verizon took the deposit he said that my $125.00 deposit was accepted , so after the initial shock of hearing the amount of money that the deposit was, I asked why the deposit was more than the agreed price and Jeremy said that the deposit was not for the internet and phone service, the deposit was for installation of the cable. The cable and the equipment that they were going to charge me for is already installed in all 48 units of our condominium complex because the complex has a contract with Verizon . I have no idea how much they would have charged me after they did the work, only God knows but I immediately stopped the process of purchasing anything from Verizon and told Jeremy to return the deposit to my credit card account, which he said he did but when I checked to make sure that he did I found that he didn't and the charge went through and I had to have my credit card company force Verizon to return the money and to top it all off I called Jeremy to get some information on why and how the charges went through he asked if he could put me on hold for a second and then disconnected the call and would not answer the phone after that! I would suggest if you are going to shop with Verizon, be aware of Jeremy and the scams! PS If you're having trouble with or if you end up having trouble with Jeremy his personal phone number is (978)-486-0870
