Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! I have so much respect for honesty and integrity. I highly recommend using their service I believe from the other reviews that they are a new service and they deserve all the new business! I found Rollan Appliance Services, owner Juliany, and was very happy with the work that Juliany did. I wrote a glowing review on Yelp. Unfortunately, my appliance kept breaking down. Juliany advised that it was better to repair the existing appliance, rather than purchase a new one. I followed his advice and he came back and fixed my refrigerator/freezer with two new parts. On July 6, I began to reach out to Rollan Appliance Services as my appliance broke down again. From July 6 to today, July 17, Juliany texted only ONE excuse. That his computer broke down but that he would let me know when he would be here. I waited for him faithfully, as I had already given him $600.00 with the promise that I would give him more money to repair this problem. After his first text, he did not write and he stopped answering his phone, which is ridiculous! My refrigerator/freezer is still not cooling. I have reported Juliany and his company to my local Police Detective Lieutenant, as I believe that all of this may have been a scam against the elderly--which must have legal consequences. So fellow clients I caution you to be aware and I REVOKE my earlier Yelp five plus positive review of Juliany and his company and now give him a zero to one-minus review. You simply DO NOT terrorize an almost a helpless Senior Citizen. You answer the phone at the first call and you say, "I am unable to work with you at this time." When I asked him for recommendations on what might be a good model he not only helped me, but while standing in my kitchen made a call and told me where I could get one same day. Scotty and his son literally made a stressful situation so much better - And I can't thank him enough nor can I recommend him more highly! My refrigerator was having temperature issues, so I called WSH to come take a look. They came and…read moretold me I need a temperature gauge. We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!
