And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. When my gf and I went in to do the official paperwork, Kia and the owner were there to great us. They were very friendly and thorough on all the details of renting a storage unit and what they did on property to ensure safety and security of our unit. Tip - the access into/out of the property is through an app. Coming in isn't an issue, leaving seems to be since both times we came to drop off items and exit, I had to physically get out of my car to get the gate control unit to catch the signal from the app to open the gate.

Ken then called and indicated the weight of the move would require them to come out for several hours the day before to prep the furniture and that I needed to sign a new contract . The new contract was 1200 .00 more .. started looking at the new contact and the moving materials were being charged on both days . He apologized , blaming the computer . The job went from 5300 to 6800 . Between the 2 day change and double billing for materials , requested my deposit back and found another company . The new company did it in one day for 3500.00 .
