Both times surprisingly the camera was not pointed at my unit. I suspect the manager was in on it, and I don't know if she works there anymore. It wasn't just my unit that was broken into, it was many. One man had just moved here from Arizona and he had over 20 thousand dollars worth of firearms and safes stolen. Do not give these criminals your business.

We were then charged double for an extra day. Thankfully I took pictures before we left and had the timestamp to prove when we dropped off, but it took days to get that verified by uhaul and the charges reversed. Then, we got charged a $30 fee for the "outstanding" fees that our account showed while uhual took those days to figure out the situation and correct our bill. ALL of this could've been avoided if the guy who checked us in did his job. I will never rent a uhual here again and I highly recommend using one of the many other uhual pick up locations in PF if you need a truck in the future.

Some of the other places were dingy and didn't feel safe for me or my stuff. At DPSS I felt welcome and at ease immediately and they had the perfect size unit at a great price (especially compared to western Washington!). The property is gated so everyone must have a code and there are lots of security cameras around; I never worried about my belongings or being there alone. In the winter, they plow daily so it was always easy to access my unit. They offer different sized units and RV parking. The office is staffed regular business hours with a very nice lady and they have a restroom available.

Came back a few days later and started service - the office staff was so helpful. We had three pods delivered and the office assisted us telling us where to put the pods for unloading and helped arrange for pick up of the pods as well. We are very happy with the quality and prices as well as the customer service we have received.
