Management requested that one of the items be moved because multiple items are not allowed in a single space. The contract/lease that was signed at move in has no mention of this caveat within it. Facility is still under construction but appears to be safe and secure with decent amenities. Relatively removed from the population density so that is a plus. Value overall is standard when looking at price to amenities/facilities Would not recommend unless specifics are outlined within contract at move in.

Super clean. Top notch. Not one speck of dirt when I moved in. I accidentally left my unit unlocked…read morethe first day, the staff member called me on the phone. Let me know that it was unlocked. This is a caring attitude and efficiency. There is plenty of lighting during the evening hours. There is easy access to the gate with your phone app. Or you can use a code. I highly recommend this facility for its efficiency, cleanliness, and kind staff. The gentleman gave me information about insurance and made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know. You get what you pay for here at this facility. If you value your belongings, you need to try out this place. You won't be disappointed.

Thank you so much for helping me, when I lost the key to my lock, he took off the old one and replaced it with a new one and all of my stuff was just how I left it. Highly recommend this location if it works for you I live in Seattle and still use this to store all of my precious things that I'm not ready to give up yet.

The price is more than fair(I think), and the owner is personally involved in his business a lot more than I've EVER seen before in my life!! He just happened to be on site and he(Bryce)came up to me while I was moving stuff around, after just moving in the night before,and asked me if I had gotten everything all squared away and gotten settled in. He showed me hospitality at a storage place!!! I've NEVER EVER experienced that!!! So way to go Bryce!!! You rock! And so does your business!!
