My fiancée had had his storage unit here for sometime now; 8 years I think. Today, spur of the…read moremoment, we decided to clear it out and cancel his storage unit in order to get rid of a bill we didn't really need to be paying. I had visited his storage unit on several occasions, and every time we have been greeted with polite, friendly and helpful service. They are very clear on what they can do for you here and will work with you gladly through any complications you may have. The woman behind the desk is so kind and she really values the happiness of her customers and expects full professionalism from the staff. Even though we gave no notice, which we were supposed to give a 15 day notice, she said there would be no problem and she completely understood why we wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, we have to pay one more bill this month because we failed to give the 15 day notice, but we really didn't mind, it was on us. We really appreciated how much the woman helping us wanted to do something bout that but we kept waving it off, not even wanting or needing any kind of fee waver. The serves here was so great and helpful we will defiantly be recommending people here and gladly return if we ever are in need of a storage unit again!

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.

This is the most corrupt and unprofessional storage facility I have ever dealt with. In April I had…read morea unit broken into. I was never notified. I live out of state and come to town once a month and needed to get into that unit and it was double locked. I tried desperately for 2 days to get a hold of somebody finally when the property manager got a hold of me she said we could make an appointment with her. Another day or two only to discover somebody had broken in by renting the unit behind us and going through the wall. That happened two weeks prior but no notification. That unit would remain double locked for a couple of weeks because they had to fix the drywall in between my unit and the other three units that were also burglarized. I had to make an appointment in order to access my own unit. And then they raised my rent. Fast forward last month back in town again come to my to my other unit on the same property and there's a secondary lock on my unit. Again try desperately to get a hold of the property manager who lives on site by the way. 2 Days later she finally calls me back and says it wasn't them that put the lock on it it must be me or somebody I know. Why would I double lock my unit. Fast forward to this month for some reason I made mistake of trusting that they would do something about it however I was wrong. 15 days ago I came here again only to discover the lock is still there. I contacted the on-site property manager again left a message that there's still a lock on my unit when she called me back a couple hours later she reiterated that it must be mine or somebody I know to put it on there because it did not belong to them. She stated I could hire a locksmith at my expense to have it removed or I could fill out a form to have their guy remove it but she couldn't tell me a day or time when he was going to come cuz he only comes here once a month. First of all why didn't she tell me that a month ago when she knew that somebody else had double locked my unit. So I waited another 2 hours because supposedly she was on her way here. And she finally showed up, I fill out the form and I asked for the district manager's phone number which by the way is supposed to be posted in the office visible for everybody to see however it is not. Pulled out a notebook out of a drawer and gave it to me. I called the district manager I left a voicemail. Should returnef my call one or two days later. I tried to explain to her that I live out of state I come here once a month this is now two months that I don't have access to this unit along with the fact that months ago my other unit was broken into and the on-site property Management never notified me. And if you look at the fact that there is a secondary lock on my unit that does not belong to me or the on-site manager, it is a typical way of people who break into units to dissuade the owners from getting in and finding out. You would think with all the break-ins at this facility that they would understand that and they would maybe take some initiative to try and work with the customer to access the unit. Not to mention the fact that I explained to her I have cancer and all of my medical paperwork is in that unit and I cannot access it I don't have the money to pay for a locksmith and I need to get into my unit. She said that the person who comes and cuts the locks off comes once a month she doesn't know when and she does not have a time but she said she would make sure it was done by the following Tuesday and that somebody would call me by Wednesday and notify me that I now have access to my unit. Surprise surprise no phone call on Wednesday I came by on Friday the lock was still on. It is now the following Friday a week later and surprise surprise the lock is still there. It's now 15 days after that phone call and again I still do not have access to my unit. I left the district manager another message last Friday 7 days ago still no return phone call still no access to my unit still no access to my medical paperwork. Not to mention the fact they raised my rent I am paying over $600 a month to not have access to my stuff. How is this okay? The onsite property manager is very rude has no compassion or empathy or understanding about the hardship this causes me or any of the customers at this facility. It is so unacceptable it's now raining 6:00 in the morning and again I cannot access my unit. I don' understand I don't now what to do. And good luck trying to find a phone number for the corporate office for this place. And what world is this okay and then to raise my freaking rent on top of it. Stay away from public storage especially the one on industrial parkway in Redlands
