We were also left alone inside while the same staff saw to a single customer outside. So 4 people just standing in an unsupervised store for a solid 10 minutes? C'mon now. When we were finally served, we got our truck and I walked to find the vehicle. Only I couldn't find the vehicle because it wasn't made clear that staff was supposed to drive the truck up. . Was there anything good at this U-haul? Well, there is a storage service here, and they also will take your packages from UPS, fed ex, etc. They also sell all sorts of boxes and moving equipment with clearly marked prices. Located immediately before Interstate 285, and surrounded by gas stations, you have really easy access to a main highway as well as topping off your truck with gas being super close. There is a night drop box to drop off your keys if you can't get there before they close as well, It's a shame, because this U-Haul location has all the makings of a perfect location, but with short staff and confusing directions, you may want to shop around.

Then here comes the newbies and they say no let's put in for a rent decrease you've been here awhile and boom. I call and mentioned it to Carl because it didn't change on my account and he says it'll be another month from it was done. I was upset because that's not what I was told and Carl just sat there and said nothing and then repeated the effective date. I then went online to pay my balance and I see there's an auction coming up Friday so I go on the site to look and here is what my things that I had professional movers, put in years ago, what it looks like and things are missing because this storage was packed down no room to even move anything. So they have ran through my things and started bidding on them before they are even up for auction. Look at my things, this is a disaster and one of the biggest mistakes I made leaving my things in their care. I have been crying to corporate looking at these photos for hours, this is unacceptable.... It was Easter weekend so the banks were closed on that Friday. On Monday, I received notifications that I submitted another payment on 4/4/26 for $539. No, I need not. When I spoke on this matter, the personnel tried to say I had automatic payments setup. Then he saw I did not. He was silent when I spoke. This situation has caused me much hardship. I told the worker I will be removing my items off the property by end-of-month. This has NEVER occurred to me before by any business. This public storage location is unethical.
