I have called and emailed for the last 2 weeks with no response. I called the customer service 2x with the promise that someone (District Manger) will reach out. No, one has called or emailed me. Do Not do business here. It is ridiculous that an established company can not or will not return communication from two weeks ago. They are still taking my money!

Great use of vacant space, climate controlled self storage. It's new so it's very clean. Video surveillance covers the entire property thumbs up for that. Secure key code entry at a prime location on Jonesboro road. The size of the units and price are comparable to others in the area. I'm not so sure about the hours. I'd call just to be on the safe side. Most importantly now that I've visited this establishment myself, I feel comfortable with her coming here alone if needs be. Directly across from quik trip, next door to planet fitness, this place should do well two thumbs up

I have been with Cubesmart since my mother passedaway in 2019. I had to hurry and move her…read morebelongings into a unit when she died. Since then, we have had several major expenses come up which has resulted in us having to pay late. They charge a huge late fee (around $50) which we have paid. My complaint is the insanely high late fees and their lack of willingness to even consider waiving a single fee. They've made roughly $3000 in late fees off of my hardships. Even worse, without warning, I will receive a bill periodically with a new increase. Last month, my bill was $344 and I logged in today to pay and it is now $399. I don't know how a company can not only increase rates without any notice but they have no compassion for anyone who is struggling. Their late fee is 20% of the bills total which is way above industry standard. Lastly, when I moved into the unit, I was told there was a 10 day late fee grace period. This is not true as my bill is due on the 3rd and the fee was already assessed on the unit today (11th) They make up rules as they go, add new charges when they see fit, and lack compassion regarding their clients hardships causing them to continue a viscious cycle of late payments since they can never catch up with all of the fees and increases.
