I gave this place 2 stars only because using the app to enter and exit the property was convenient any time of the day. This place was completely nasty. The ceiling in the unit was deteriorating. The were dirt and rodent dropping all over my stuff when I moved out. No one ever in the office when I called about a concern or complaint. Do use this place. THEY HAVE RATS!!!!!!! And they know they have rats because the lady that works there said they have been having that issue and they STILL choose to sell smh the greed of people I tell you. The max the insurance covers for rottens is $250 only!!!! WE LOST ALL OF OUR STUFF DUE TO HAVING PEE AND POOP ON IT. We did not store food or anything like that. I saw a HUGE rat come from the unit next door go to the next one they are HUGE. We lost our clothes, shoes, washer, dryer, baby brand new furniture, my wedding stuff had pee on it. WE LOST ALL OF OUR STUFF!!!! It all had pee and poop on it or tore up. We are STILL in the process of trying to get $250 from the insurance even though our things were worth more than $5,000. They are lucky my husband doesn't blast them on social media, he plays in the NFL. Do BOT STORE WITH THEM!!!!! No, we were not going to wash our stuff and afford to bring some bacteria back home when we have an infant. read more

I give this location 5 STARS. I stored my daughters items there for almost two years after she had to move back home. I have to be honest in saying each staff person that I dealt with was always professional, patient and considerate. But I give a special THANK YOU to Tammy Baker; which I believe is the Office Manager. Tammy, has a wonderful spirit, and she doesn't treat you like your just another customer. I remember at one point I went to check on my daughters things and I was concerned about a particular matter. When I called the office it wasn't open yet, so I left a message. Tammy called me back, she did not have an attitude regarding the matter, and she assured me that everything would be ok. And it was. Not to mention how I went to moved my daughters things out about a month ago and I didn't realized that I was supposed to stop by the office to close out the account, and I came back about two days later to clean out the unit and assuming I was suppose to return the lock and key. So therefore, my daughter was charged for another entire month. I called Tammy and explained to her what happened and she went beyond the call of duty to help me get the matter resolved.
