The driver called and yelled we cannot find my address and canceled my delivery and hung-up the phone. When I called the Manager at Home Depot she said there is nothing they can do to deliver the fridge. I've been without a fridge for 1/week. I will never buy any appliance at Home Depot again, awful customer servcie. They did give me a credit for my 3,000 purchase. I called Pacific Sales and Blake answered the phone, He took charge for finding me new fridge. Eric had help me a few months ago with my remodel of my bathroom "What a guy"!! Beautiful remodel! Pacific Sales in Carlsbad is top notch along with the team. They found a solution for me to have a beautiful fridge and will send someone out to make sure the day before, that the fridge will fit and if does not they will send my second option at no charge. I adore Pacific Sales, there employee's go the extra mile. Be sure to ask for any of these nice men and they will guide through your journey. Truly, all the employee's are exceptional, so grateful! I knew I could find this tile somewhere else so I did some research and happened to stumble upon an online wholesaler who happened to be in Southern California, (so I called) who happened to be in San Diego, who happened to be right around the corner from where I work. As I walked in to this office space I was greatly surprised by the sheer beauty of what they had to offer.. All the new and up and coming tile materials you could think of all in this showroom. The Five Elements is by far the nicest place I have been to here in San Diego I thought for sure this was going to be a spendy trip. I was WRONG they had exactly what I wanted for a phenomenal price. The Cambria has a hair line crack where the radius is. Cambria came out and filled it and both said that happens sometimes. We have also had a few other Cambria chips. Cambria does fix the chips etc so that is good but not expected IMO for such a recent install.

You can easily return items, though, if you find it for cheaper say at Lowe's next door. We ended up finding everything we needed at Lowe's anyway and with clearer pricing, so I'm not sure what to say about Ferguson's in that regard.

They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. Chuck finished the kitchen up and did fine work with our plumbing which required some intricate work to accommodate our layout. I highly recommend Mastercraft and would use them again for any future work.

When we started, we only knew what we didn't like about our current kitchen. Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.
