Due to a pipe leak my kitchen had to be totally remodeled. It was an insurance paid job (minus the deductible). Hired Lyvayko. They have a great showroom with lots of wonderful choices. Their designer was very helpful and encouraging in making the tough choices. I went with raised panel cabinet doors in dark wood, quartz countertops and a 2 foot by 4 foot cement subway tile. They perform all of the work themselves, I don't believe they had any subcontractors do any work. The crew worked hard and did a superb job, as you can see from the photos. We recently had a wonderful shower remodel completed by Lyvayko Building Systems. We wanted a groutless shower, using slabs for the walls and the shower base. Michael suggested Dekton or Daltile for our slab choices. Due to a long manufacturer wait time for the Dekton slabs that we chose, we decided to go with Daltile porcelain slabs. Working with porcelain slabs can be challenging and time consuming; however, Michael and his crew overcame difficulties with cutting and installing the full-length slabs for the walls and floor of our shower. They also installed a beautiful custom teak bench, moved the drain to the back wall of the shower and much more. Nothing was too difficult for them. Michael and his crew are hardworking, committed, pleasant, dependable, clean, honest, and experienced. We are thrilled with the workmanship, design and comfort of our new shower. This is a long overdue review of Lyvayko Bathroom Systems. We first contacted them back in the summer of 2020 to give us a quote for a shower remodel for all 4 bathrooms in our house, which also included breaking a wall in one of our bathrooms to make one full bathroom as well as to make a pocket door for that same bathroom. Michael Lyvayko Jr came out to give us a quote and suggested we use this new material called Dekton (https://www.cosentino.com/usa/dekton//) for our showers as it had advantages of being stain-proof, easy to clean, and fire-proof. Michael's quote was one of the higher ones, but we were impressed with the reviews on here as well as the advantages of Dekton. It's advertised as "maintenance free" by Michael, and for the most part it is. We were quoted a timeline of about 7 weeks to get the work done. I was skeptical about that and I was proved correct. It actually took longer to get the work done (Started in late October and finished in January 2021, for a total of 8 to 9 weeks not including holidays), but I don't blame that entirely on them. There were some issues with materials not arriving on time from Spain (due to supply chain issues), and a couple of other unforeseen issues like mold discovery that had to be addressed in the master shower. Once they started the work, the whole crew was very professional. In the end, the overall work was great and our showers looked fantastic. The only issue we had was that the grout on 2 of our shower floors kept getting cracked. We had Lyvayko come out at least 4 times to fix it (at no cost) before they finally determined that the best course of action was to replace the Dekton for the shower floors at no cost. I would highly recommend Lyvayko systems for your bathroom and kitchen needs. If anyone has questions, feel free to let me know. read more

But I felt like Michael knew what he was doing and would make sure the results were perfect. Lyvayko also had all 5-star reviews on Yelp (12 of them). So I went with him. I was not disappointed. Lyvayko is a family run business. They take pride in their work and don't just hand off the critical work to unsupervised folks learning on the job. They were able to put in a curbless walk-in shower where my tub was. Retiled the walls and the floor. Everything is level and matches up with the hallway wood floors. In early 2020 we gutted our whole 1550 square foot rental and the Lyvayko family came in and did such precise and beautiful tile work from one plumline for the whole house. Michael and his family remodeled our master bathroom in our downtown high rise condo. We could not be more pleased with the work they did. Throughout the remodel Michael was always professional, on time, and available for questions. Similarly, his workers were just as punctual and conscientious. They spent extra time placing protective paper, matts and plastic on the surrounding walls and floors to minimize the impact of the remodel. All the Lyvayko technicians worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until early evening, their efforts enabling the job to be finished quickly (about 2.5 weeks for a full bathroom remodel). The Lyvayko operation is truly a family owned business, many of the workers are related, and they treated us like family too. On the technical side, Michael and his workers were top notch as well. The Lyvayko staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the latest renovation practices. Michael senior and his brother Jacob did the tile work for our shower, and they were truly artisans and perfectionists. Their work looks better than I imagined. The project went flawlessly until we ran into a slight hiccup with a toilet install at the very end. Michael then took his own time to personally resolve the issue. The new bathroom looks modern, stylish and is more functional.
