Dan at Tower Nine did an amazing job on our remodel. They redid our kitchen, painted the entire house, and replaced all the flooring. Everything came out great. Dan is very hands on and does a lot of the finishing work himself, which really shows in the quality. He pays attention to the details and makes sure things are done right instead of just rushing through them. We ended up with really high quality work at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend Tower Nine. read more

Tower Nine Kitchen & Bath really transformed are old bathrooms into a dream come true with advanced electronics, superior craftsmanship and overall achievement of our desired goals for each room they worked on. We consider Dan and team extended family now and forever for the professional approach to listening to what we needed and put a cost to it. Dan is straight forward and real with pricing and is attentive to your family needs and wants and associating a value to it. Thank you to you and your team for the transformation!!! read more

We found Tower 9 after a referral from my coworker and I'm so glad we chose them. Dan was so responsive and easy to work with. He had so many great ideas but also gave us options to make sure would fit in our budget. They were so responsive with any of our concerns. I feel assured that the work was done properly and with care. We redid our entire kitchen, closed off a door, replaced windows with two new french doors, and re-did our downstairs bathroom. They are not the cheapest but I think the added expense is worth the reassurance that this was done well. read more

Tower 9 Kitchen and Bath Remodeling was amazing! We've wanted to remodel our Master Bath for years, but had a hard time finding a contractor that made us feel comfortable. We were motivated to start the project again earlier this year and interviewed multiple contractors. When we met with Dan from Tower 9 there was an immediate comfort. He listened to us, he made suggestions when we had trouble with design decisions and he guided us through the entire project. He made our vision of a relaxing, nature inspired, master bath come to life. Dan, Joe and their entire team were incredible. We felt as though they treated the project as if they were doing it for their own homes. We will definitely use Tower 9 K&B Remodeling on our next project. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!! read more

We hired Dan/Tower Nine earlier this year to remodel our master bathroom. The project turned out above our expectations, so we then hired them again for our flooring and kitchen remodel. We are so happy with the outcome and yet again, Dan and his team provided us with exceptional service. Dan always communicated with us and made the process easy for us. We would highly recommend Tower Nine for any home remodel/update. read more

Tower Nine Kitchen & Bath Remodeling - Prior hard wood was removed and replaced with LVF. New baseboards and door trim was also installed. - General Contractors Near Me - Oceanside, California

We hired Tower 9 because I like to hire local, small businesses when I can. The work they did remodeling our kitchen is of a very high quality. The tile we chose for both the backsplash and the floor required a very experienced hand and their tile subcontractors were AMAZING. The quartz countertop work is as close to perfect as I've seen even in the highest end kitchens. While no project is free from moments of drama, this kitchen cost about half of what a company like LARS quoted us, so little things like slight issues in communication and a lack of design suggestions (they are not designers after all), seemed like a fair trade off to us. read more

Dan and Tower Nine did a great job with our guest bathroom / bedroom restore and remodel. We are very happy with our new space after we had another firm remediate a leak in the shower. Dan communicated with us frequently on all stages of the project. I feel like Dan hand-picks the specialists he brings in for each part of the project -- he's worked with everyone before and knows they do high-quality work. In general, the project went smoothly and while there was one minor correction needed, it was addressed promptly and to our satisfaction -- I really appreciate how they handled that. Tower Nine offered fair pricing and a smooth, professional experience. We highly recommend Tower Nine and would definitely hire them again. read more

Dan and Joe beautifully remodeled the entire first floor of our home, all new kitchen, new LVP floors, new baseboards and door trim, new doors, updated powder room, painted everything, removed soffits, added a ceiling beam and added lighting. They were great communicators and we felt like a priority. Things moved fairly quickly. They smoothed out any bumps along the road. It's been a year since the remodel and we haven't had any issues with our home. They helped with design decisions and I think our home flows so nicely. Looks like it was originally built this way. Their crew was fast, talented and professional. read more

I'll add photos when I get them in a couple of weeks, as we are just now finishing up the kitchen. Joe and Bebe are a husband and wife team that did the install work for Premium Cabinets out of Oceanside. Joe does the cutting and heavy labor and Bebe does the fine work. The division of labor is not that clean cut, but she is a wizard with caulking and Mohawk Fil-Stiks. They are SUPER ORGANIZED and efficient. Our galley kitchen of about 14 cabinets required a day and a half to complete. Everything was level, the doors opened perfectly, and the drawers closed smoothly. We've been using the cabinets for a few weeks now and everything continues to function as designed. Joe and Bebe have extensive experience in kitchen layout and Joe is willing to share his ideas with you. read more

5 STARS !!! Impeccable professionalism, extremely talented and unbelievable attention to detail! My husband and I are proudly particular when it comes to what we invest in, especially when it comes to our home. We spent countless visits and inquiries with local contractors who specialize in custom cabinets and kitchen renovations. It was important for us to go off of great referrals, and budget of course, but we trusted our instincts first and foremost- and we are so glad we did! Dan, Joe and Bebe were solution oriented, paid attention to detail, followed up, showed up on time, and delivered a beautiful product. Joe engineered construction solutions, Bebe always left our home better than they found it (even in the midst of demolition) and Dan assured we kept to budget and schedule. I can't emphasize our gratitude enough for the remarkable experience we had! I highly recommend renovating your kitchen and bath with Tower Nine! Thank you Dan, Joe & Bebe! Looking forward to many referrals ahead and working with you on future projects! read more

I found Tower Nine on Yelp and glad I chose them. Dan was not only a professional, but he made great suggestions along the way (and some were to not spend the money). Very honest and got the work done on time. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. read more

Dan & Joe & their team recently completed a kitchen remodel for us. We received three bids & chose Tower Nine. Dan & Joe's team & sub-contractors we're very professional & their workmanship was very good. They finished the remodel within the timeframe quoted. Dan communicated very well through out the remodel. Several issues were uncovered during the demo & taken care of in a timely fashion (one of the issues was a rotted kitchen peninsula caused by leaks which the previous owner didn't fix). They replaced the peninsula in a timely manner. My husband & I are very happy w/ our new cabinets & countertop. We recommend Tower Nine; they delivered professionalis, very good quality cabinets & countertops & were easy to communicate with. read more

This is the 4th Kitchen we have used Tower 9 and Dan as the contractor on. We ran into some water damage and plumbing issues right after the demo was done. We didn't think there was any way possible that the job would be completed on time due to these hurdles. Miraculously Dan and his team did it and kept the same quality we have experienced from them in past kitchen we've used them on. read more

Definitely 5 Stars! My husband and I decided to remodel our downstairs and we interviewed several contractors. We are so happy that we decided to work with Dan at Tower Nine. He was knowledgeable, dependable, and professional. I trusted him and felt comfortable with everyone that worked in my home. Dan communicated with me daily about the progress and was often at the house getting those little details perfect. Joe and Bebe installed our cabinets and they are beautiful. Our kitchen required a few custom cabinets and I can't say enough about the quality work. They were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable asking them questions about the installation and Joe took the time to talk to me about the details. During the installation, they kept our downstairs neat and clean. It was exciting to come home each day and see the progress. Dan works with Premium Cabinets in Oceanside. This company was perfect for me because I wanted advice on designing my kitchen. Luke and Nicole at Premium Cabinets were super helpful in making sure the design was beautiful and functional. I can't say enough about Dan and Tower Nine. He has surrounded himself with experts and they all work well as a team. The whole process went smoothly and I am thrilled with my new kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful. When we decide to remodel our upstairs bathrooms, we will definitely be coming back to work with Dan at Tower Nine. read more

Dan and his team were referred to us by neighbors who highly recommended his work and service. We bid the job out to 5 vendors and Dan came back with the most competitive and well organized quote. We had a unique vision for the bathroom remodel. We described to Dan in detail our vision for what we hoped to achieve. He took that information and executed exactly to our specifications from top to bottom. We could not have had a better overall experience. Highly recommend Dan and his team! read more

Tower Nine did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Dan, Joe, and their team are meticulous, professional, accommodating, and go above and beyond any chance they get. Dan was excellent. He helped us plan everything and pick out the right items to match our design. He has a good eye for what will look good or bad. He communicated well throughout the whole process so we knew who was coming to work on our bathroom each day and when they would arrive. I would definitely recommend for others doing a kitchen or bath. read more

We have now used Dan and his company, Tower Nine Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, for 3 jobs in our home. We originally hired him in 2020 to completely redo our kitchen and flooring after a flood. His company did an amazing job and completed it all in less than the time quoted. Later that year, we had to redo our master bathroom due to water damage from another plumbing issue. We got a quote from Dan for the job but decided to go with a cheaper contractor to save a little money. What a mistake! The contractor we hired would go days without showing up, his subcontractors would leave halfway through the day, their work was sloppy and they left the place a mess. After 3 months, they had only competed the vanity area and part of the shower tile. It was a nightmare. The contractor's tile work in our shower was so bad that we decided to fire him and hire Dan's company to redo the shower. Dan came in and was able to finish the job in less than 2 weeks. His tile work was stunning and he wished we had gone with him from the beginning. Trying to save a few dollars definitely cost us in the end. About 5 months later, we were devastated when we found mold growing under our master bathroom sinks. After having the plumber come out, he determined that the previous contractor (the one we fired before Tower 9) had not sealed the AC line in the wall when he installed our new vanity. Unfortunately, the water damage was extensive, and we had to rip out the entire bathroom all over again. This time we went with Dan and Tower 9 right from the start. His prices may be higher than some, but his professionalism and workmanship are worth every dollar. He and his team of subcontractors did an excellent job with our master bathroom. Dan was easy to communicate with throughout all of our projects. He and his business partner, Joe, are extremely meticulous and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. We have recommended his company to friends and will definitely use him in the future for any other projects. read more

Tower Nine did an incredible job on our latest kitchen remodel! We have been through a kitchen remodel before and it was an absolute nightmare. With Joe and Dan on the job, I did not have to worry a single bit throughout the entire process. They were so helpful and made everything so easy. Even when minor problems would arise, (expected in any construction) it wasn't any big order change, or haggling about who was going to fix it...they would just say, no problem we'll take care of it. Joe and his wife Bebe are absolute artists with their cabinetry and wood working. There was no detail left unfinished and every thing more than exceeded my expectations. They also did an amazing built in entertainment center for us where the TV fully swings out and can be seen from the kitchen. The flooring in these photos were also provided by them for a great price! The quality of the real wood product, the luxury aesthetics, incredible customer service, and unbelievably affordable bottom line, we could not be more happy with our finished kitchen and the company. Thank you Tower Nine!!! read more
