The prices are also very reasonable. I did also take the beginner sourdough class and had a great time. It was a small group and the instructor (owner) really took the time to answer questions, discuss methods and helped us perfect the techniques. Class took us through every step of the process and we got to go home with a starter and a loaf we cut. Since then I have made my own loaf using what I learned and it came out perfect.
