The best Americano on the Southhill‼ Very cute place! I didn't try the donuts, but they look delicious.

They also offer mini donuts which would be more of a regular size donut and i may opt for those next visit.

The dining room was almost empty when I walked in, and no one greeted me. They were playing some Kanye west music behind the counter so I thought there'd be some livelihood but... there wasn't. One of the younger employees who took my order was fine but you could tell he didn't want to be there and the person at the register seemed like they didn't really want to be there either. They weren't outright rude, but the interaction definitely wasn't welcoming and both of them mumbled and spoke so low, I had to ask them both multiple times what they were saying. I ordered two donuts and a cup of coffee, which came to $7.35. For what was a Keurig coffee with basic shelf-stable creamer, it felt overpriced. On the positive side, the donuts were good. You can tell they're handmade, and they had a nice taste. They were definitely the highlight of the visit. Maybe my expectations were too high because of all the recommendations I'd heard, but I expected a Saturday morning at such a well-known donut shop to have more energy and atmosphere. Instead, it felt surprisingly underwhelming and lacked the welcoming vibe I was hoping for. Overall, the donuts were solid, but nothing about the experience made me eager to come back. I don't regret trying it, but I also don't really understand the hype.

Maple bars might be the claim to fame, but if you know... you know the fritters run the show. Fabulous service if they are out of a doughnut, they will make one for you!!! What We Ordered at Donut Parade: * Pineapple Jalapeño Fritter - wild combo that hits hard. Sweet, spicy, and impossible to forget. * Peach Fritter - gooey center, crispy edges, packed with juicy peach flavor. * Maple Bar - the classic. Soft, fluffy, and slathered in rich maple glaze. * Twist - airy, sugary, and made for dunking. * Chocolate Bar + Iced Rounds - rich, fluffy, and generously glazed. * Raspberry Filled Round - tart, jammy, and totally worth the mess. * Vanilla Drizzled Round - simple, sweet, and super satisfying. * Self-Serve Coffee Station - brewed with Artco's fabulous-tasting coffee. Smooth, bold, and the perfect donut pairing.

I ordered the fruity pebble doughnut and it was pretty ace, doughnut was fresh and the icing and cereal gave it a sweetness and crunchy texture. My stomach wasn't too happy after the doughnut lol no one fault I had an empty stomach ans that much sugar didn't agree but again the doughnut tastes very good. I had another Caramel Macchiato and was pretty good, what I really liked is that it was at a drinkable temperature and was able to slam it. It wasn't overly sweet and was a really good cup. cup. If you haven't been come try it out they have various doughnuts and multiple drinks tou won't regret it.

They include a 13th donut so I got an extra blueberry. The customer service was great, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful even offering the bakers dozen. The custard filled donuts tasted like they were made in old oil and were not filled all the way. All of the old fashioned were under cooked with raw dough in the middle of the donut. The apple fritters were also under cooked in the middle, the edges were good but the middle was gross. We were told that their best baker had made the donuts which is unfortunate because they must have been having a really bad night. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad if not worse. The employee helping customers was clearly unhappy to be there and was openly rude to the people in front of us. When it was our turn, he treated us the same way. Many of the product tags were incorrect, which caused confusion while ordering. Each time we asked for clarification, he rolled his eyes or responded with obvious annoyance. When we politely mentioned that the labels were wrong, he simply stared at us and said, "What else?" I work in customer service myself, so I understand that tough days happen but this level of attitude was shocking. To make matters worse, after ringing us up he picked/scratched his nose and immediately began helping the next customer without washing his hands. Customer service may not be the right fit for him. Sadly, this visit confirmed why we stopped coming in the first place. (Tall, brown hair in a ponytail).
