It was most impressive that after playing a few notes on my baby grand, he knew right away that it was tuned in Well Temperament and asked if I wanted to keep the tuning system. I had a hammer repaired and tuning from Well-Tempered to Equal Temperament. My other baby grand received a standard tuning and Cobrun adjusted the action on the lower octaves so that they all play without sticking and resistance. It was also especially comforting to see that they have their safety precautions for dealing with COVID in place: masks, social distancing, not touching door handles, etc. I appreciate that these folks did a lot to address concerns with the health of my pianos especially during this especially hard time.
