Scott tuned my Kawai K500 in West Seattle. While it was "relatively" in-tune beforehand, and playable, afterward the sound became round, rich, and frankly beyond compare to any tuning prior. It now sounds more akin to concert instruments I played at school! The action went from relatively loose and inconsistent to tight, even, and very responsive. The touch tapers precisely with the movement of my hands so every nuance is revealed. Scott is an excellent communicator both when setting an appointment (email, phone, and txt) as well as in-person (e.g. while discussing my concerns about noise in the sustain pedal's movement, questions about the condition of the instrument, placement in the room, etc.) No way I could recommend Scott enough! read more
