When finished, every employee went to do something else rather than taking a moment to address me, so I left without being served. More recently, I stood at the counter for more than 15 minutes, only two other customers in the store, employees passing by me five times apparently too unconcerned to ask if I needed help. When I was able to stop one and ask if they had a SS fastener for a snowboard, nobody even bothered to look for one and told me NO. I am never giving them another chance to earn my business and recommend you do the same.

I was able to find pretty affordable ski pants too. They have a good selection. The people working here are pretty friendly. They helped me expand my ski boots with this ski warmer and it helped a lot in terms of comfort with skiing. They also gave me more tips on how to prevent my legs from being bruised because of the tightness of the ski boots.

The second service was him teaching me how to service my own bike with an hourly rate. We covered brake maintenance, wheel tuning, cassette management and various other things. He's a great mechanic and friendly as the name suggests. I will definitely be coming back for any bike issues in the future!

I was originally looking for a used bike but they only had two in my size that were both road bikes. I tried them both but ended up going with a new gravel bike that was a bit more all-purpose! They have a lot across the street where you can try out the bikes for as long as you need. I ended up testing out four diff bikes, and they were super nice about all of it even though it took me forever. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they let me know how to order it online and have it shipped there so they could build the bike for me. They said doing it this way is the same as buying directly from the store! I still get all the benefits like 30 days of free accessories installation and such. My partner also got a used bike that was in great condition!

I came here in search of a ski jacket and gloves for an upcoming trip. There's definitely more selections and I easily found the gear that'll fit my needs. Prices are reasonable and they have seasonal sales to help entice shoppers. The line to check out was rather long as there was only 2 check out counters open. The cashier was friendly. Being a co-op member, I was able to apply this purchase towards my rewards. What I like about being a co-op member is the ability to return products within 365 days from purchase. Though I've never availed of this benefit, it's great to have as a perk.

My only complaint about the store is that I found the selection of women's cycling clothing to be sorely lacking.
