The local number (206) 306-7663 loops into AI nonsense that will not be able to help you - the 888 number is worse. Neither # has a way to connect you to the Northgate store to talk to a human. I spent way too much time this afternoon trying to navigate the "AI assistant" in order to schedule an appt with Geek Squad. Finally I gave up and searched online for a way to schedule - nope - not available. I was offered a slot in Everett WA, but no way to schedule for Northgate. I purchased a new Macbook Air in July and also purchased the Total Tech Support plan. Unfortunately, there is no way to contact them to set up an appointment. Yes, who in corporate made the brilliant decision to eliminate customer service?? (shaking my head)

He doesn't run a walk-in shop like some other PC repair places. Therefore you have to call and make an appointment, or text him to communicate. He does take credit card payments online. He's fairly knowledgeable about PCs and repairing, so you can count on his expertise. If you need to replace any of the parts, keep in mind that there are additional costs to order and install the parts (as expected), so you need to consider the value of repairing the machine as opposed to buying something new. Since my machine ended up being old, the cost of repair wasn't worth it. It was however, a benefit for the peace of mind that nothing else could be worked on so I didn't have to waste any further time. Overall, I do recommend Richard for his services.

Review of the Kiddo Play Area: So this pandemic thing is really taking a toll on things, and well,…read morewe have been to basically every open air playground around the Greenwood/Broadview/Carkeek area... except we realized that we haven't been to the one behind the PNA. So on a cold, non-rainy day, we took the kiddo there to see if it was any good. Keep in mind that it's reserved for the preschool during the week/business hours, but on the weekend, it was a nice change of scenery. They had a few play structures, on a mulch and rubberized area. Sure, parental guidance is required, and you really should have a "toddler" kiddo here... but for the kiddo, she enjoyed the slides, the "kitchen" and the tires. She being the expert of walking on narrow surfaces, I think enjoyed the areas like a balance beam master in training. If you have been everywhere, and you want a playground that is a nice scenery change, here's one more to add to the list. Also, nearby is Red Mill Burger, so there's that you could be eating, while your kiddo is playing to their heart's delight.
