It was a huge job and not something most places would want to touch. From the moment I walked in, Max took full ownership of the project with a genuinely helpful and positive attitude. Not only did he carefully cut the spine perfectly, but when we discovered the store didn't have a punching machine capable of handling a book that thick, Max didn't hesitate. He manually did it with incredible patience and precision. It was a big, time-consuming task, but he stayed focused and made sure the end result was clean and usable. The book came out looking professional and exactly how I needed it. Max's willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the best customer service moments I've had in a long time. He was friendly, communicative, and truly cared about getting it right. In a world where "above and beyond" is rare, Max made it look effortless. If you're at this store, ask for Max. He's the kind of team member every company should be proud to have. Thank you so much, Max - you made my day! Highly, highly recommend.

I've had a change to chat with security staff at the front and some, former military are super caring and kind. I feel super safe around northgate. Given the fentanyl and crime rate in the area this extra level of safety reassures me. The store is always clean and well displayed and the staff are knowledgeable. I think this store attracts a specific personality type and I noticed that some staff focus more on the specs of an item rather than focusing on the customer. It's hit or miss. Having come from sales and the service industry, I think that the emotional iq aspect could improve. I'm not giving this location a bad rating. I hope that my feedback can serve as a learning opportunity if you want. For example, I often have to find an associate to find something if there isn't one at the front by security. Sometimes, the staff will speak as if I am knowledgeable about tech and I hope the staff person can ask me what my knowledge of tech is first before processing. Value is fine. The Best Buy regional number gave misadvised me and I the staff seemed clueless at this location. I still like shopping here and they randomly have a good selection of toys.

Review of the Kiddo Play Area: So this pandemic thing is really taking a toll on things, and well,…read morewe have been to basically every open air playground around the Greenwood/Broadview/Carkeek area... except we realized that we haven't been to the one behind the PNA. So on a cold, non-rainy day, we took the kiddo there to see if it was any good. Keep in mind that it's reserved for the preschool during the week/business hours, but on the weekend, it was a nice change of scenery. They had a few play structures, on a mulch and rubberized area. Sure, parental guidance is required, and you really should have a "toddler" kiddo here... but for the kiddo, she enjoyed the slides, the "kitchen" and the tires. She being the expert of walking on narrow surfaces, I think enjoyed the areas like a balance beam master in training. If you have been everywhere, and you want a playground that is a nice scenery change, here's one more to add to the list. Also, nearby is Red Mill Burger, so there's that you could be eating, while your kiddo is playing to their heart's delight.
