I customized the flavor as the "Mighty Special" - Cajun, Lemon Pepper and Garlic Butter all combined. For the spicy level, I chose "Hot." The total was only $36.99! This was such a steal, especially since the seafood boil bag was generous. When trying it, it was honestly so flavorful and palatable. When the other woman came to the phone I started to give my order and I mentioned the advertised price showed $3.00 and she cut me off and said 'no one would be honoring the price on the website'. As I was speaking to her the other female was in the background yelling and insulting me. I could hear her very well. I mentioned to the woman that I could hear her and she cut me off again and told me in so many words she 'didnt have time to address that and for me to continue with the order". I finished my order and she said one of the part owners was inside the restaurant but that the owners 'never spoke with customers' and "he's not going to discount anything for you'. WOW... Dejected, I ate some granola bars that I keep in my bag, and went for a stroll through the outlets. As I exited the hotel, I saw a truck with a sign for crawfish. Curios, I took a stroll, and chatted with one of the employees. The seasoned water smelled wonderful, and his southern hospitality won me over, so I decided that I will be doing crawfish for dinner after all. At just $6.99 per pound, and with a credit card machine, this definitely beats the local competition. It took about 20 minutes for the crawfish to boil, and I happily returned back to the hotel with my bag of three pounds of crawfish, two potatoes, and two corn. It took me a solid hour to eat them, the experience almost meditative because of the repetitive motion, and concentration required, and worth every penny. I'm a big eater, so I ended up having dessert of a Stroopwafel, and with the granola bars I had earlier, it was the perfect amount. I can't wait to come back here, and repeat the experience.
