The Bar, a great atmosphere for some after work margaritas!
    Devin B.

Las Terrazas is finally the first Mexican restaurant to open off the Gluckstadt Exit and was much needed. I had the street style tacos which is basically 3 corn tortillas with a spicy pork that is grilled to order. The restaurant has most items you would find at other mexican restaurants but it does offer a nice selection of items that you will not find anywhere else such as the Mocajete Ranchero which is a large dish served in large hot stone bowl with everything good in life; steak, grilled chicken and sautèed vegetables in a homemade chipotle and mocajete sauce that is served with authentic queso fresco. It's delicious. I've also had the Chile Colorado here and at other mexican restaurants and this place is not afraid to bring on the spice and it does not taste like it is out of a can. It is actually made. In the restaurant. Everyday. Also, the queso dip is superb, probably some of the best in the area. I don't know how to they do it but it's seriously addictive. If you have room for dessert, go with flan and you will not be disappointed. It's also made in house. All in all, it was a great experience. Sunday through Thursday is happy hour all day by the way on all Margaritas!

Some of the most flavorful crawfish I've had this season. They never disappoint. This is one of my favorite spots to eat crawfish.

The service and food both was good. We had Crawfish and royal reds with corn and potatoes.

We had excellent service! Excellent! We will certainly go back for quality service. Food was good, but their salsa is our favorite!

Bad service. Tried to over charge. Cheese dip taste like it's watered down with dish water. Long wait.

If you're hungry, don't get the Baja fish tacos. The wife's scallop chimichanga was delicious though. Plenty of food on her plate.

The Brookie is not only HUGE, but it's just so amazing. I can't even describe it. 1000/10 must have. The Ribeye is my go to. It's huge and absolutely flavorful and exquisite. The fries were crisp and salted perfectly. I absolutely love this place, and have never had an issue or unpleasant experience.

My delicious cocktail. Their take on a whiskey sour is incredible. Definitely get a Township Sour! The crawfish fondue was a bit grainy. Not near as smooth as it has been in the past. The hand cut fries are always top tier though. I had the house salad with grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp were smaller than I expected. Flavor was ok. They were cooked appropriately but small. I opted to sub the dressing for their ranch. It was a good house made dressing. Mike and the other guy with us got the ribeye, Pittsburg, medium rare. Mike forgot to ask for the sauce to be on the sauce rather than covering the steak and fries. It's not that the sauce is bad but a good steak doesn't need to be covered in sauce. The downside to this is that they put the steak on top of those incredible house cut fries and between that and the sauce you end up with a soggy bed of french fries. The steak was cooked perfectly. His wife got the filet with a house salad. She said it was cooked as ordered and tasted great. Let me take a moment to say that their floors have some weird waxy feel and it's like ice skating. Our friend fell and everyone at surrounding tables commented how they had been slip sliding around. Dessert at Lou's has never disappointing. Their pecan pie is one of the best ever. The blueberry cobbler is amazing. I have never eaten a dessert there that was not phenomenal. Hannah also made me a fresh cup of decaf and it was such a good cup of coffee. Hannah was an excellent server and the host was quite friendly. We aren't fans of the booth bench seating where you feel like you're eating with the people next to you. The tables on the wall benches seem closer in this location. We will go back and try it again but I will go with my usual redfish #1 and see if it is still as incredible as it has been before.

I mean there were a lot of people with "x's" on their hand. They were charging a $5 cover and there were not a lot of people there outside of the people at a party in a private area on the side of place. It shares a building with another bar/restaurant called the 4th and Goal Sports Cafe. They have a huge parking lot that it shares with the other businesses located in the strip mall that it is in. It is a dimly lit joint that has 2 pool tables, a bar in the back, an indoor deck above the bar that you can rent out, a huge dance floor/open space with a few tables and chairs set up around it. There is also a stage and screens with television programming projected on them. For some reason they had hockey playing on them while I was there. They had a DJ playing all the hot hits. That was the best part of the night club by far. All and all, I was not very impressed and found myself yawning and saw many people leaving after only a few minutes of coming in. I was in bed by 11. I thought Saturday's were its best night, but I could be wrong.
