Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops

My second time dining at Seasons 52, first time was at the Bridgewater location which was not that memorable. This time we went for my parents' 50th anniversary, we had a great experience. The service was great. Though they are pretty busy so our waiter could be or be with us all the time. But he did what he could to meet our needs. Our guests were so happy about the Chilean sea bass. Tuna tartare was ok but the lumb crab and shrimp-stuff mushrooms were delicious. I had a lumb crab cake sandwich, that was decent. It is very spacious and noise level not too loud. They put us in the bar area because we had 15 people which at first I was a little worried about but it worked out great. They also gave us some mini toast for celebrating my parents anniversary, a very nice touch. Overall a good dining experience for us and our guests.

Our party showed up mid-afternoon on a Thursday, and the place was quiet, given the time. We were seated very quickly, and a server took our drink order while we perused the menu. I was looking for a bit of variety, so we started with a cheese steak flat bread. It was really tasty, but it did seem a bit under-cooked. It would have been great with a bit more crunch on it, as it was a bit floppy. When our entrees came, my steak was cooked to perfection. It was a nice cut of filet, and wonderfully medium-rare. The sauce was just thick enough, and had a great flavor for the steak and potatoes. The asparagus was cooked well too! No complaints at all.

We came here for the happy hour; the white wine selections were so-so, but the small plates were good - seared hand-lined ahi tuna and wood-grilled Kona-crusted lamb. We then had more fish! - entrées of cedar plank-roasted Norwegian salmon. The salmon was a bit dry, but the flavor was nice. This restaurant was the hot spot for happy hour and business gatherings as several big corporate buildings are near by. We did not have reservation, so we were directed to whatever available table. We were told that most of the tables were reserved for corporate parties - the only time they're not busy is Sundays. The restaurant has modern open layout with high ceiling windows. The flow of the space is comfortable.

Was pretty good , had the filet it was cooked great , crab cakes app was good but only comes with one small crab cake!! The tuna tartar was also pretty good. Jayson our server was very good. Honestly did expect a little more from food given other reviews. Three stars but with good service they get an additional 1/2 a star 3.5 ..

I had high hopes... I was browsing restaurants close to my hotel since we're kind of in the middle of nowhere and this place popped up. I browsed the menu and it seemed good enough so I went. I went in the evening and it was pretty crowded but not too busy where I had to wait. While I usually sit at the bar when I go out to eat, I decided to sit at a two-top in the bar section. Shortly after I was sat, I noticed there was a five top seated diagonal from me. I watched as three different servers passed by me with no acknowledgment, only to then look over and see the five top already get water while I had nothing. Not the greatest way to start out. I kept looking back to get someone's attention and managed to lock eyes with a server who then came to my table. He asked if I had been helped and I said no. I went ahead and ordered a blueberry lemon splash but got it with vodka instead of gin and got the 6 oz filet with NO mushrooms, and got green beans and carrots for my side. After he got my order, he eventually brought water (it def took longer than it should have.) The blueberry lemon drink was pretty good. Although tart in the beginning, it tasted better after it was stirred. I noticed the pour was heavy, so there's that. Shortly after, someone else came up to my table asking if I had been helped. I said yes but thought that was odd because they seem disorganized about who was doing what. A few mins later my food was brought out and while the presentation was nice, it wasn't what I asked for. The first thing I did when I ordered my food was ask for no mushrooms and guess what was scattered all over my steak and my plate? Mushrooms. My server didn't come check on me until I was about halfway done and then the man that dropped off the food asked if I was able to manage with the mushrooms. You're joking, right? I'm glad you found it funny considering it was NOT what I ordered but go off. Now, I saw online they had some dessert flights I was interested in, but once the server did come back around, he never even mentioned the desserts and I went ahead and asked for my check. Overall, the service was subpar, disorganized and needs a facelift. The steak was good but that's it. I probably won't be back in this area and have no desire to ever frequent this place again.

Went here for dinner with a few coworkers. It's a very nice place. Really liked the ambiance of it. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and had some good recommendations. I started with the lobster bisque and it was good but I always feel it needs more lobster. The lamb was really good had lots of flavor. Good experience overall.

Had a 5:30pm reservation on a Wednesday and was surprised has busy the restaurant was. By the time we left about an hour later, the rest of the place was packed! We were seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and took our drink order pretty quickly. All in all our food came out very quickly and while we were not rushed at all, we were only in the restaurant for about an hour. Enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak flatbread as a starter. It was very crisp and flavorful. As a paper plane drinker, I was pleased to see the jetsetter on the menu with pineapple infused bourbon. The drink was similar to a paper plane, though I would have preferred it strained without ice. I got the grilled sea Scallops for my meal. The scallops were cooked well and were flavorful. The risotto tasted delicious and there were some asparagus on the side.

First-ever visit at any location of Seasons 52. We typically avoid chains, but I'd been curious about their menu leaning towards more vs less healthy in terms of preparation & portion sizes. Interior was upscale. Service was friendly and helpful -- great suggestion sea bass. Prices matched the expectation. Overall it's okay, but I prefer locations that are more neighborhoody / in-town, and less strip mall, highway or business park.

What a beautiful place to eat! Since you arrive, you can tell it is expensive, but it is worth it. The decoration and organization make it unique and beautiful. The food is delicious, with different options ranging from salads to seafood and steaks. The desserts are fabulous; they offer a personal portion, which is just enough after a delicious meal, and it's incredibly complemented by the dessert. The service is great, with really kind servers and hostess.

Overall: Great experience here, good food, good staff, clean interior, Seasons 52 checks all the boxes! Food: The food here was great. Every dish hit exactly the way I wanted it to. Not sure how else to put it but you will be satisfied with your choice. Service: Attentive staff, food came out quickly, great service overall. Ambiance: A nicer place, but could definitely suit a more casual crowd if needed. Lights aren't dimmed, so more of a casual vibe with clean elements on the interior.

Went for lunch with coworkers and it was much better than my last visit. The flatbread was delicious, as well as the tuna salad! The salad was too big too finish. I was extremely jealous of the fish ordered by the others and they said it was delicious as well. I wish I remembered the waiter's name but he provided great service, even finding a pecan pie shooter for dessert when it's not on the menu at this time.

Always a solid choice. Stopped in the other night with my wife for dinner at the bar. Bartender was cleaning the bar too and very friendly. The good came out in quite reasonable time frame and was very good, inside is beautifully decorated. I had my go apps the meatballs and margarita flatbread. Ofcourse the drinks were on point.

Going with someone that is not a wine drinker. Do they have beers or is it only wine and specific cocktails?

Yes, they have beer!

How is portion size?

Substantial.

What about the prices; never a good sign when blank?

The prices are beyond reasonable. We were expecting it to be pricey but they have flatbreads for I believe $19 and entrees were below $30. Great wine selections and happy hour too. The prices are on the website. Just be sure to pull up the…

Now with that being said, this isn't any of the three. First off, we walked in and up to the bar and asked for a drink menu and the bartender who had zero personality, didn't say hello, how are you, wasn't smiling, and then says hold on let me see if I can serve you. Wait what? Isn't this a craft beer bar? He said there is a christening going on and I don't know if they want anyone else in here. I was like are you serious? A christening in a bar and with nothing on the door or anywhere saying the bar is closed for a party. Gotcha! So some guy walks up to him while he is talking to us and says he doesn't want us in there. Hilarious!!! I hope the owner knows you denied business to actual customers because some local cool guy wanted the whole place to himself to have his kids christening at a local bar so everyone could enjoy their quesadillas(from what I seen walking out). FYI: there was no one sitting at the bar or bar area just about 10-15 people sitting at a couple tables eating and drinking. I'll never return for any reason.

I could tell that the butter was house made and asked for extra because it was that good. Had the beef duo as the main course. I found it to be satisfying and also much better value than the steak frites. All of the items I received were very detail oriented and as well as fresh. We were seated on one side on the restaurant that I believe was blocked off for more special occasions. The other side of the restaurant seemed to have tables placed more closely to one another. I love how we were greeted with energy and they were truly happy to see us. This walk to our upstairs table was like getting a tour. We requested a table that would allow us to have easy conversation with our friends who were joining. And it was a great table, looking down on the main dining room. The only real dig I had was the lack of lighting upstairs. I literally could not see the beauty of my dishes because it was too dark. There was a flickering light above us which was taped over, but I do think they need to reconsider whether it's bigger candles, or even some type of table lighting. Wines by the glass, would have hoped for a bigger selection. The white cranberry cosmo was terrific. Great menu! French traditional favorites coupled with a creative collection of Spanish and Italian dishes as well. Chicken, beef, and super great choices of fish. I honestly didn't spend time looking at appetizers as I went right to the salads and entrees. And yes, interesting creative selection of salads. I had a beet and hummus salad. My wife had a kale and grapefruit salad and there were others to choose from, with the exception of no Caesar nor plain house for the boring pallet. I had scallops and pistachios and it was very good. There was branzino and also a beef duo of flank steak and oxtail ordered. All the dishes were really well prepared, seasoned and beautifully presented. Again, I would have enjoyed seeing what was on my fork for each bite. Dessert menu was okay. I thought a bit overpriced and just not overly appealing. Too many caramel offerings, and not enough diversity. We did offer their version of a chocolate lava cake but it was like a tapas portion of dessert. It was good, but 3 bites worth, hardly shareable. It would be unfair not to mention the great service. Our waiter was chill, let us chat away for over 3 hours. Never felt rushed and all his helpers knew exactly who was getting what. Well done .... I'd go back in a heartbeat.
