Service is matched to other Wildfire locations, consistency is key, and that's a great thing. Service is also excellent. We ordered a small Kale and Spinach Salad to share. It can actually feed 3 people, but the two of us ate all of it. Delicious, I love their dressing. The Macadamia Nut Halibut is also a staple special and always a nice filling without overstuffing. You get a side with your entree and I opted for the delicious cottage fries. Their ranch dressing is fantastic. We topped off our meal with a wonderful carrot cake, which is absolutely for sharing. Coming to Wildfire has you in a setting feeling like you're at a supper club from the 70s but modernized. It's lively, but not too loud, and a great scene for a wonderful dinner with friends or your partner.

At the restaurant they do take their time and don't make you feel rushed to make decisions on what you are wanting to eat or drink. I had the salmon with broccoli as my side. The salmon was really good especially the soy sauce they had put on it. It was very juicy. We had appetizers which were the crab cakes and shrimp cocktail. The crab cakes were good. I would definitely recommend them. Prices are definitely what you would expect for a nice restaurant like this. They give out a slice of cake if you are celebrating a birthday. The bathroom was clean. The atmosphere of the restaurant had a dark setting but it was relaxing. It was chilly inside the restaurant just in my opinion. I would definitely come back to this restaurant. If you haven't been here before definitely try it out.

The sashimi seemed to get taken - and refilled - really fast. It seemed like most people were willing to wait for the crab legs to come out. We were not disappointed. My husband loved this place because he said all his needs had been met there. The reason I took one star off is because I'd like to encourage the people who prepare the dim sum to aim a little higher. The har gow and siu mai were quite small, and what I think was supposed to be xiao long bao (soup dumplings) were tiny and without soup.

A server named Anny (or something close to that) was incredibly rude, dismissive, and openly condescending from the start. We asked a simple question about what drinks were included, and instead of answering like a normal server, she responded with "Drinks are drinks." That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing job. It was lazy, disrespectful, and unnecessarily insulting. Only after I directly called out her response did she finally explain the drink options, and even then she did it with obvious irritation, like we were bothering her by asking a basic question. It got even worse when I went to the front desk to complain. Rather than apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she immediately became defensive and claimed, "I told you, you just didn't hear me." That was simply false. She did not properly explain anything until after I challenged her rude behavior. Then, instead of letting the issue go, she came back to our table looking angry and resentful, and gave us a completely insincere explanation. The worst part was her final comment: "You can say whatever you want. You already said it anyway." Then she walked away impatiently. That response alone tells you everything you need to know about her professionalism. This was not a misunderstanding. This was not "bad communication." This was a server with a nasty attitude who clearly does not know how to treat paying customers with basic respect. I've had normal service here before from other staff, so this stood out even more. One employee like this is enough to ruin the entire experience and make customers not want to come back. Management should take this seriously. Staff like this do real damage to a business.

Wow I was pretty much impressed with the quality of food this time around…read more Let me start with the atmosphere. This location is big. Has a nice bar area, and then you have your dining area which is kind of out of view of the bar area. The dining area is big. They have your standard tables, and booths. Looks warm and cozy. They have now a special menu, which has a nicely fixed priced, less than $30.00. It's called the Just Right Menu," a special 3-course meal (appetizer, entrée, dessert). You get a choice of either a soup, mixed greens, or caeser salad. Entree has a nice selection to pick from, ex..grilled chicken, grilled pork chops, beef medallions., and more. Desert is ice cream with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. So I ordered the caeser salad. It was nice portion with a nice amount of cheese and croutons. Perfect amount of dressing. It was really good. For my entree I ordered the medallions which was Two 3oz. Each medallions, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I was impressed. The beef medallions were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked (medium) tender, juicy, and had a great flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes were creamy and had the right amount of garlic flavor. It was great. Loved it. The desert was a nice portioned size scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream, peanuts, and chocolate syrup. It was a great simple desert. The portion sizes from the special menu were perfect for me. However, I'm not sure if it would be enough for others with bigger appetites. The food overall was delicious. I highly recommend to give it a try. The waiter was really nice and had a friendly attitude. Overall an excellent experience.

Reservations were easy for a Friday lunch, and the space has that polished, classic American restaurant feel--comfortable, slightly upscale, and family-friendly. Service was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Service * Friendly host and smooth check-in * Staff was polite, attentive, and clear in guiding us through the menu * Great kids' accommodations, which is always appreciated Food * Pineapple Mai Tai - decent, but the pineapple didn't really lift it above standard versions * Charcoal Chili Wings - good flavor with a spicy-tangy kick, but the preparation leaned fried and a bit burnt; didn't showcase the grill the way the name suggests * Chilean Sea Bass (special) - well-executed and enjoyable * Shrimp Scampi - classic preparation, solid but not standout * Pork Chops - hearty and nicely cooked * Delmonico Ribeye - appreciated being able to order a dinner steak at lunch; reliable ribeye, though not particularly memorable * Kids Menu - genuinely good: grilled cheese, fries, green beans, milk; thoughtful and well-plated Verdict Weber Grill is a solid choice when you want reliable American fare with grilled options. Nothing missed, but nothing truly distinguished itself either. If the restaurant wants to elevate its rating, refining the grill techniques and bringing a more distinctive, char-driven identity to the dishes would go a long way. As it stands, it's a steady 3.5-star experience--rounded down to three.
