Took over a month for them to fix our refrigerator!! The technician came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and scheduled another appointment for two weeks later. When the follow up appointment came-Nobody called or showed up! We attempted to call to find out what the situation was and we're unable to get a hold of anyone. Once we finally got a hold of the representative they said the appointment would have to be rescheduled another two weeks out but gave no explanation as to why they did not show up when originally scheduled. They showed up today to replace the compressor which the technician said was bad. The technician took a part off the new compressor and installed it on the old compressor and called it fixed. Why would you order a brand new compressor and not install it! We expect the old compressor to quit anytime! Absolutely, the worst service and communications anywhere!!! Do not use them if you expect quality, timeliness, and customer service! read more

We were extremely satisfied with the service that was provided. We have had another repair man look at our washer before and the most recent man fixed a problem that should have been fixed from the start. He came in and identified the areas that needed fixing and got to work right away. He was polite and did his work without disturbing us or the whole house. To make sure everything was running fine once he finished, he even ran a test cycle to see how things were working. After he was done he gave us a few tips and even explained all that was fixed and why certain things were done. The only complaint we have is that the times for the repair person to come by (8-5 PM) are way to wide of a range and we ended up having to spend most of our day waiting around for the guy to show up instead of giving us a time window of only a few hours to expect him. read more

I must say that Jordan is the "king" when it comes to customer service and making sure that his customers are pleased with his work. After stepping into a "mess": an incorrect part installed, an incorrect serial number recorded, and then a wrong part ordered and shipped, and after waiting since late May for my dryer to be fixed, on July 2nd it was fixed properly and is now totally functional. My hat is off to Jordan for his knowledge, expertise, great attitude and for sticking with me until the dryer problem was corrected! Thank you Jordan for making my day on Saturday and for your outstanding customer service! You ROCK! Best of luck to you in the future. Susan read more

I have been with Serars Appliance Repair since 2004. The service technicians do an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. That said, management, NOT THE TECHNICIANS, have a problem of not assigning a technician within a reasonable timeframe. If your refrigerator is not working, a two-week response time is unacceptable. I had to call three times, one call went to Phillipines, one call to Columbia, and finally reached someone in Florida who sent a tech within 3 days. I would leave Sears, but the techs are so-o thorough. Maybe management's response time will get better.............. read more

I had a problem with my washer and made an appointment with Sears, where I purchased ALL THE APPLIANCES IN MY HOME. They gave me a four-hour window, so I took time off from work and stayed home to wait. The timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. At 2:30 PM, I hadn't received a phonecall, email or text and finally left and went back to work. Never heard from them. Not one word. I have my confirmation email for the repair. But still not one word. If this is the service Sears provides for their appliances, I will not be purchasing thousands of dollars of home appliances from them in the future, period. read more

Used to work here a long time ago. Back then they wanted the electronics/appliance sales staff to sell the warranties. The language they used was horrible in how they described customers. Basically they view you guys as marks. Awful customer service, the loss prevention guys were hired goons, and they told us that the dollar matter more than satisfied customers. Went there last week, nothing has changed. Well I take that back, it's worse than 10 years ago when I worked there. Sears is dying for a reason. read more

I can't say enough about the great experience I had with Sears Appliance Repair. Sean was the technician sent to fix my dryer. He kept me updated on when he was arriving. And once at the house, he made what turned out to be a simple fix. I asked questions and he showed me what to do if it happened again. The price was reasonable. This is about a perfect scenario as you can get for appliance repair. I will call them again, although fingers crossed I won't need to do so any time soon! read more

your technician was great , he checked the ice maker and found the problem immediately there were teeth missing from the gear. He had a new ice maker on his truck and he put it in and it immediately started to fill with water. it has already made one tray of ice. it was easy to set up an appointment. You get updates on when the technician will be at your place. Was a easy experience. read more

We've been on the Sears Extended Protection Plan for years--the best money we've ever spent. The techs have always been courteous and efficient. Kevin and Lloyd came out this week for preventative maintenance checks on all our major appliances and both gave us informative and helpful suggestions. We recommend this service for all our friends and neighbors. read more

Service was too notch. The tech tested everything all is good but still had the LE code. After the tech collaborated with his co-workers it was discovered the Hall sensor is built into the motor Stator itself and can't change the Hall sensor. Have to change out the motor Stator even though it checked out good. Poor design on LG's part. read more

Evaluated the issue, called to get proper replacement part for my washing machine and back within a week to install the part. He always takes the time to explain the problem, offer options when it's appropriate, and does his best to get the work done quickly and effectively. read more

Our dishwasher was broken and we scheduled the appointment. Brandon called to give us a heads up. He was on his way, arrived promptly, determined what the problem was and repaired things quickly. It cost much less than we anticipated, and we are back up and running! read more

Arrived on time. Quickly analyzed the dishwasher issue and did not find why the dishwasher did not fill with water. Reset and started the dishwater which filled with water and started cycle. Technician answered my questions and was very courteous. Lynn Surratt read more

Our technician Robert was great. Unfortunately the price to replace the suspension rods was about $10 less than replacing the entire washing machine. It didn't make sense to spend so much on a repair in this situation. read more

Brandon was great! Took time to check everything out. So far, scraping noise is gone but we agreed that I would record the noise if it returned and he would go from there. All in all, happy with my service call. read more
