And, they refuse to make ANY after installation service calls either to complete the installation properly or to address any future warranty issues. I personally believe they did this because I demanded a new replacement generator. In the replacement discussion I may have been a bit rude to them when I became frustrated with their attitude but they were definitely rude to me. The Mr. Electric Electrician worked patiently with the monitoring system to locate the arcing wire. He sawed the shelf out and freed the old fuse box . He discovered melting wires.
