We ordered our food and observed my husbands meal up sitting under the heat lights for well over 5 minutes. They finally served his food dried out and overdone I did not receive mine. Almost 10 mins later they served me. My meal was so overdone I sent it back. I was told sorry we will have another one on 8 mins later well that turned into 11 minutes and it was worse than the first meal. Sadly I went home hungry and upset. They comped my meal when really they should have comped the entire meal because it was a disaster. We have supported this family business since it opened. We now never see the owners there. And very young staff.

The spinach salad was good, although I thought it was a bit overdressed. The seafood linguine was also enjoyable, with a generous amount of seafood, though I wasn't expecting it to be made with pesto sauce. It was still a tasty dish. The Creole chicken was just okay--the chicken breast was a bit dry, but the sauce helped make up for it. Overall, I felt the prices were a bit high for the quality of the food and the casual atmosphere. It may be a good option by White Rock standards, but if this restaurant were in Vancouver, I don't think it would stand out. That said, the service was excellent. Our server was genuinely friendly, attentive, and provided the best part of our dining experience.
