Safe to say we are regulars at Mario's! Great T-town fav for sure. They have great specials often highlighting local fare, as well as pizzas, pastas, wings, calamari, you name it. Very much a fan of this spot. On birthdays they'll top a mudslide with a sprinkler which is a blast, but definitely stinks a bit I highly recommend the burgers (Mondays is BOGO) or any of their specials - we bring friends and family here often. Atmosphere is intimate and you can eat inside or out. Also catch a game or some good Bob Ross vids if you're so fortunate! Don't be a Bowzer, get on over to Mario's ;)

Bacon Cheese Burger & Fries

Their bacon cheese burger was MEDIOCRE...I liked how thick their fries was and the fact that they give a huge portion especially with the pasta...however it was very mediocre as i've had better...I would only come back here to try their other dishes. (The service was absolutely wonderful)!

Mario's Kitchen is a gorgeously furnished large scale restaurant located in the heart of Delta. Food style and vibes are that of a typical Cactus/Earls experience so forgive me if I start making comparisons between the two . As the bf had recently moved to Delta, we decided to explore the food scene and stumbled upon the Mario's/Gracie's chain through Google search. Sadly, it was a rainy day so we didn't have the chance to sit on their gorgeous heated/covered patio but there will definitely be a future visit! Since it was happy hour, we ordered onion rings, spinach/artichoke dip, and the chicken quesadilla. For a cheap $6-$9 per item, the portions were generous. We were stuffed to the brim and had leftovers to say the least. The onion rings were typical, crunchy good texture. I quite enjoyed the chicken quesadilla as it was stuffed with a lot of peppers (I like my veggies ) and cheese, delicious! The dip flew fine with the bf but I personally found myself missing Earl's version which features a much moister dip with chunks of artichoke. This one is definitely a drier style of dip with melted cheese on top. For mains, we shared the linguine santorini which features a nice tomato wine sauce and spicy garlic chicken. Boyfriend found it was in fact, not spicy at all but nothing a tabasco sauce couldn't fix! Once again, portion was impressive! We both overall thought that the pasta was nothing special but none the less a pleasant size for when you're hungry and needing a friendly priced meal. Service was good, I know this is a small home owned business but it really felt like a big restaurant chain with consistent food, diverse menu, and good vibes. Will be sure to return to try Gracie's brunch next time!

Baked cajun chickn alfredo linguine

Ordered at Mario's during the lockdown, I love how they packed all the foods, as it came hot and ready to eat, foods were terrific, plenty serving and so tasty; my favourite was the cajun chicken Alfredo linguine, it s so cheesily, creamy and flavoursome. Wings were on point for the spiciness and crispness. Maybe just the salad that I did not like much the sweetness of the dressing. I prefer when ordering though to call instead of online, they do have a page where you need to register first before ordering, it did consume time registering a bit. Will sure go back for dining and will update this review once done. So far from the foods I tasted, I was satisfied and recommended others to try when you visit Tsawwassen.

Presentation was better before I attacked it.

Oh wow! I got the beef bourguignon. It was incredible, the waitress and I debated over menu options before I took this risk. I was halfway done and remembered to get a photo. It came with little pearl onions, tiny mushrooms, a responsibly sized scoop of mashed potatoes, veggies, and was so tender. O_O Wow. GO HERE!

We stopped by over the weekend for lunch. We were seated after a short wait. Menus and water were dropped off. They have large menu so there is something for everyone to enjoy. We ordered a mac & cheese kid's meal, French onion soup, penne pacifico and calamari. The kid's meal included a drink and ice cream. The kid's meal was served first as requested. It was more than enough food to feed a toddler. Fries were included as a side. I enjoyed my French onion soup. There was a decent amount of cheese. I wish there were more onions. The calamari was a touch soggy. It was alright, but I have had better. I took a bite of the penne pacifico and it was creamy with lots of seafood. Service was great. Our server stopped by regularly and tried to make some small talk conversation when we were paying.

Mimosa with mango

I was here pretty late, closer to 2 pm, on a Sunday and found out brunch was still being served. Yay! Brunch was till 3 pm, which was good to know. I was not that hungry and decided on the classic eggs benedict. That was really good. The eggs were perfectly poached, with runny yolk FTW. The highlight was the hash. It was seasoned with something garlicky? I was not sure but it reminded me of those garlic parmesan fries. And every single piece of the potato bit was crispy. I loved that! I also had the mimosa with mango since it was Sunday brunch. Yums. I saw many tables ordering the pizza which looked really good too. Maybe I will have that next time. Parking is available both in front and at the back of the strip mall parking lot.

I got caught off guard because I went with a game plan of what to order but had to shift last minute. We got the Caesar salad, onion rings, tomato soup, and their tater tot nachos. The salad had huge shaves of parm. The croutons were nice and crispy. The dressing to salad was spot on. The onion rings had a nice crunch and the onion didn't fall apart from the bater. The sauce it comes with was great. The soup came with huge pieces of sourdough. The soup was mid but tasted home made with chunks of real tomatoes. The tot nachos was ok. The tots were not as crunchy and the cheese was not melted. But the pickled onions and fresh avocado was nice to pair. Service was excellent and prices are appropriate for the quality and quantity of food. Next time I am sticking with my burger plan! They looked solid and popular!

I got their diablo picante beef burger which had lettucem avacado, jalapeno, pico de gayo, chipotle mayom sour cream, AND TORTILLA CHIPS inside the burger! I was so excited to try this mexican style gourmet burger. I will say it definitely lived up to the hype and I will say do not get this if you don't like spice because it was spicy. My partner got their blaze poutine which was not bad, but nothing great at the same time. They had a special bali coffee which they recommended so we got that but I would give it a 3/5 for that. Overall not bad!

When it first came out, there was a mixup in my order and it came out with plain fries - they were quick to fix their error and there was a generous portion of tater tots for the $6 upgrade fee. We happened to get a parking spot right in front of Burger Crush so after a bit of shopping on Granville St., we decided to stop for an afternoon snack at Burger Crush before getting into our car to drive somewhere else. We shared an order of Vegan Crush Fries and Vegan Nuggets between the three of us. Also ordered a Vegan Milkshake and shared that with my daughter. Grandma wasn't so much into the milkshake part of the snack. Vegan Crush Fries were just as good as last time. Grandma commented several times on how tasty they were. That's a big win in my books. Always happy to hear of anything that makes my mom happy! I enjoyed the crispiness of the Vegan nuggets but flavor wise I think they were just OK. The dip is very much needed for these nuggets. On their own, they don't really have much flavor. I recommend breaking them into smaller pieces and then dipping those smaller pieces before eating them as they were piping hot and biting into it as is might burn your tongue. Found that out the hard way! I was pretty impressed with how well the nuggets retained their heat! Loved the Vegan milkshake! We ordered the Vanilla flavored Vegan milkshake and it was soooo good. The menu says that it's made from coconut milk ice cream. I couldn't taste any coconut milk flavor. All I tasted was Vanilla and it was sooooo good! Super impressed with the Vegan milkshake at Burger Crush. They absolutely crushed it with their Vegan milkshake!
