It was a weekend evening and we originally planned to go to Cactus Club, but it was packed so we decided to try this place! We waited by the door for a little bit before being greeted and seated. The service was okay - nothing particularly outstanding, but nothing to complain about either. The menu offers a diverse range of items and drinks. We ordered a burger and a chicken main entree. The broccolini on the side was a standout - delicious and perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy. Overall, it's a solid alternative to other chain restaurants if you're looking for something different. It's a good choice, but not necessarily spectacular or memorable. read more

We stopped by for dinner as we were in the area. We were seated right away. Menus and water were dropped off. We were craving pasta so I ordered the roasted tomato soup, spaghetti carbonara, truffle cream spaghetti and meatballs and garlic toast. Food arrived fairly quickly. The tomato soup was delicious, flavourful and creamy. The side of garlic toast was good. The spaghetti carbonara was tasty. They made a mistake dropping off a regular spaghetti and meatballs, but they were fast to correct the error. Once the correct order arrived, the truffle cream spaghetti and meatballs was the star. It was perfection and one of the best truffle cream pastas I have had recently. It was nice sauce with a subtle truffle flavour. The meatballs were good. They were not dry and the portion size was great. Server was friendly. Kitchen staff were efficient. Definitely a place I would come back when I crave some pasta in South Surrey. Also, great place for large groups. read more

Loved the vibe! The cocktails could have used some consistency, don't care for ice shards in my drink, ( double strain ), the food was very tasty and presented well. I drove from Vancouver to dine here, it was worth it. read more

Food was just alright, but the service here was terrible. I'm never one to complain but our server had multiple opportunities to provide us with decent service and missed each time. She was impatient and cold. Hardly said a word to us when we ordered or when we paid. As soon as we paid, she abruptly turned around and just left. No "thank you" no "have a good day," nothing. A very odd and unpleasant experience here. read more

Be aware that this restaurant charges a "kitchen service fee" to help make up for the substandard wages they pay these employees. In addition, you are still expected to tip the wait staff. If you can't afford to pay your employees a living wage, you shouldn't be in the restaurant business! And besides that, the food is mediocre at best. read more

Food was spot on!!! Server Didn't judge me by my dirty coveralls and was all smiles, I didn't seat to eat it was just a pickup I'd definitely do this again but to dine in!! read more

This place is huge! Relaxed atmosphere. I wish I could talk more about the menu from experience (more reason to go back, I guess). At first glance the menu is very vegetarian and vegan inclusive without being too complicated. There's definitely something for everyone here. If I wasn't trying to impress someone I came here with, I would have eaten half the menu on the first go! Seriously, anyone want to join me? read more

Came here for a friends birthday, it was my first time ever coming to this restaurant. The food options on the menu all looked pretty good! I didn't get pictures of everything but my bf and I ordered the nachos, mozzarella sticks, pepperoni pizza, truffle spaghetti w/meatballs. Everything was really good and tasty! I really enjoyed the nachos. I was craving a spicy margarita but they did not have that on the menu, but our server was very accommodating and fixed me up. Which I appreciated a lot! Was quite tasty too! We sat outside on the patio, but the ambiance inside seemed to be cool and calm. Nice bar/kitchen spot to try out! I would definitely come back to try other menu options! read more

Great local spot to have a bite. The staff is always friendly and they take reservations so we always have a table ready. The food is always tasty. Would absolutely recommend their salmon entree and fire oven pizza. read more

There is not a lot to choose from the menu but enough to feed empty stomach. The restaurant is located in one corner of the plaza with well equipped parking space. The moment you enter in the restaurant, you will like the elegant interior and would be made seated on the table of your choice or whichever is available. So service is not bad. In fact really good . What I didn't like alot was the quality of food. Most of the items are fried when they are not supposed to. I mean other restaurants serve baked or stir fry chicken breast with any pasta but they served it fried. Tokyo bowl was not having anything from tokyo cuisine. At least they could use any of the asian sauces or maybe they did but to me it tasted like regular stir fry vegetables with a side of plain rice . Quantity was not that big for tokyo bowl. Cauliflower bites were delicious and the spicy chipotle made it even better. Another good thing was the drinks with flavours. I ordered peach ice tea which was yummy. I dont know about alcohol though. They do have menu full of liquor and a full fledge bar. Infact the weekends are packed here. Maybe thats why i expected more. read more

Great lunch with my beautiful. Food was perfect and service was better. Thanks Madison.

An amazing new spot in the Morgan Crossing area in South Surrey. The rustic feel to the restaurant is very welcoming, not to mention the service staff welcomes everyone with a big smile. It was a busy night so we waited by the bar and had a drink. As we sat down our server came and introduced her self and told us a little bit about the menu and what she preferred. Of course we had to order that with some chicken wings. The cauliflower was absolutely amazing. The spice and the kick it gave your taste buds. One of my favorites. We also tried the libertarian pizza, vegan pizza. I had my doubts at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a really good "pie". I would definitely order that again. My overall experience with Liberty Kitchen has been positive. Though my visit was short, I will be revisiting to try more of the menu and readjust my current review. Great addition to the area!!! Decided to try this place for the 1st time today for a late lunch. The pizza special is a smoking deal, $10 during brunch hours for an 8" (serves one) We had the Breakfast pizza, which was very good but a tad rich with the sauce on top. The Sausage Fest was really good and flavourful. Double Cesar for $6!? Awesome. The Gin Lemonade was good too. We'll be back! read more

Service is great, food is great. Wait time was about 20 min but they texted us a little earlier to let us know our table was ready.

Went here today for a staff Xmas party. It was my first time here as I think the place is very new. Service was great and the food was delicious. I tried the Tokyo bowl and it was amazing! They also have Happy Hour on Mon-Fri for both food and drinks from 2-5pm. Today bottles of wine were 50% off! A lot of people seemed to be ordering the pizzas, which are on the happy hour menu for 10 bucks. They looked tasty, and they have several plant based options for those who are vegan/vegetarian. I'll be back to try more of the food read more

I used to enjoy their food. I just happened to looked at the bill and they had a hidden charge. When I inquired what it was I was told it goes to the cooks. After further inquiry with the supervisor I was told the waitress also gives part of their tips to the cooks. What I don't like is these sneaky add ones when u pay the bill. Liberty should be paying their cooks enough not subsitzing it with a hidden tax. I was told it comes from head office. Turned off never go back lost my busines. Find it tacky and sneaky when u get ur bill with hidden charges. read more

I got the Tokyo Rice bowl, I found the portion size was smaller compared to when I go and get rice-bowls at other restaurants such as Cactus Club or Browns Social House. Instead of putting the veggies on top of the rice they put a little rice on the side (very small amount) and then just covered the plate with vegetables. I still felt hungry after and I felt for the price of everything, I should have felt full. The food items I chose were OK tasting. If I were to ever go back I would probably order something else. read more

We were all very disappointed. Salmon bowl was delicious but for $19, I don't want a small tiny 3 ounce fillet. I can get a huge filet from cactus for the same price! This is the 3rd time we have gone here and I have given them 2 more "let's do better next time" try, and again- we were all very disappointed. read more

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had and best food I've ever eaten in Canada! The Hawaii 5.0 is the way to go it has a gorgeous cheese and bbq sauce, topped with delicious jack fruit and pineapple and even better, it's vegan! And also absolutely exquisite Caesar salads. Awesome new restaurant in town. Great set up like it's sister restaurant Browns. The menu has something to offer for everyone, including vegan and gluten free options. Their soy cheese is delicious and not "fake" tasting like other plant based cheeses. I highly recommend the Hawaii 6.0 if you're vegan! They have an awesome happy "hour" most of the day Saturday and Sunday with great drink and food specials. The pizza was fresh, crispy, and delicious. Everyone at the table was really impressed by how good it was. Service was friendly and welcoming as well. Will definitely be coming back! read more

Liberty kitchen is a cool rustic vibe with a semi open kitchen concept. Was here for lunch on a snowy day so it wasn't very busy. Service was decent and staff was friendly. We ordered a LK burger, spicy crispy chicken burger and a perogie pie pizza, Caesar salad and fries. The pizza was quite good, comparable to Boston pizza thin crust. The burgers were also quite good, average-big portion sizes. We loved the fries, potato wedges with garlic and cheese! Overall a good experience, I wasn't blow away by any of the food, but I would like to come back and try their cocktails! 7.9/10 read more

Not the best menu options. The only thing I like there is the French fries I've tried a lot of their options they say are their best sellers. The pasta is plane and I could do better at home Pizza I would suggest famosa or blaze even Staff are friendly but I've watched the mangers from browns social house and liberty exchanging groceries guess their maybe owned by same owner or lending a neighbour a helping hand! ‍ Anyways I would suggest going their for drinks only read more

Pick up a bunch of pizzas and appys last night. Everything was great kids loved the mozzarella sticks and the Pierogi pizza was awesome.

Came in for lunch, had a fairly decent menu. Also, it's not what you will be expecting for the usual suspects, but still very tasty. The ambient and service are great for a Tuesday, they opened right on time, and the food is great. Only thing i could maybe say is the portion compare to the price is just a tiny bit off, but the taste kind of make up for it. All and all, a great place for lunch and chill, and late night beer and wings. read more

It's probably good as long as you're not a delivery driver. They make you wait outside for 20-40minutes. Because nobody can be bothered to answer the delivery or pick up bell at the back door. I had to actually call the number to get a hold of the host so i could arrange to pick up my delivery. And by then the food package felt cold. Hopefully the receiver of the food at the other end wasn't too unhappy about it. This isn't a one time case either. Some delivery drivers won't even take an order here. We end up losing money because we have to wait too long at the back door. The one time I went to the front door to inform them that there was three delivery drivers waiting at the back door, I was sternly told to go back to the outside delivery door. So done with that, make your own deliveries. read more

There is a lot to like about Liberty Kitchen. The service is very good. My server was very pleasant, animated, attentive and friendly. For a very young person, she handled herself in a very professional manner. Of course, what really matters about a restaurant is the food. I ordered a piece of lasagna for lunch. It was hot, flavorful, and quite excellent. It tasted like it had been freshly prepared, and not just defrosted from some frozen block of ready made lasagna. However, the portion size was quite small. I could have easily eaten two. The bill for a small piece of lasagna (without a salad or any side dish) and a glass of coca-cola was $25 Canadian dollars. While I enjoyed it, in my opinion this is kind of pricey considering what I actually got. read more

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was dynamite. The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable with all the COVID precautions. I took the recommendation from the server and ordered the lasagna and I had high hopes when the server said it was authentic with all the layers. When it arrived it was a nice size portion and it was delicious, comparing it to my Mom's lasagna it was slightly better as the beef was well seasoned(don't tell my Mom). My wife ordered the pizza and it was nice and thin with crisp bottom and great texture. The toppings were good and flavor was tasty as it had some heat. Would visit again and recommend you to try read more

I came here in the late afternoon and was very satisfied with the results. Karlee (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was my waitress and she was so sweet and efficient. Nice place attentive staff. My friend and I ordered the super salmon bowl. We were so shocked to see a massive amount of rice and kale and just a sliver of salmon.
