Came here with a group of 6, it was easy to get a reservation. It says online that bookings are only for 1.5hrs but that's not the case. We just had some highballs and appies - I wasn't a big fan of their fries, it was soggy and pretty thick. Their spring rolls were really good though! Only thing, their space is small and on weekend night it gets busy and pretty loud. So wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quiet dinner.

If there is a good parking It can be 5 star: Medium size Asian Fussion resto, clean and homey/ Excellent service and very good foods. One washroom for all gender.nothing special on the interior design: Serves alcoholic beverages, good for kids, family and small group. Foods: Appez;Shrimp Bangbang- very good crispy outside and tender inside nestled on some Asian green salad. Main dish; Dragon noodle bowl- very tasty, the noodle is cooked perfectly, the blackened chicken tasted so delish topped with shrimp bangbang Thai red curry with chicken legs-so flavorful that each bite just explode inside your mouth and really satisfied your taste buds.chicken is somewhat crispy and very tender, the sauce is really good served with rice. Market value: For me its affordable considering you get excellent dishes. I highly recommend this place to all. Will revisit soon and again and again.

I had lunch with my brother The ambiance is rustic decor with a large mural on the wall. I had a seafood Benny and a Vietnamese iced coffee. The service was excellent with our order being taken and food arriving quickly Everything was great.

Last time I came for happy hour. Today was Car Free Day on the Drive and I was hungry. I ordered the Bangkok Benny. The flavours definitely remind me of Thai somtum and lemongrass chicken. The eggs were poached perfectly and had good silky yolk.

Visited B House for the first time on a whim one Saturday evening. Most memorable dish was their bang bang shrimp! My partner and I also ordered the pork belly bowl and the Korean chicken (not pictured). We both liked the bang bang shrimp the most and I would 100% order again the next time I visit! It was the perfect level of crispness and the sauce paired well. The plating was phenomenal - made it look like a high end dish. The service was great, server was really quick to clean up the table and take dishes away. He offered to switch tables when it was getting too bright from the sun.

I was excited reading the reviews for this place! The food sounded amazing, and couldn't wait to give it a try! In saying that, the reviews didn't say much about the service. The service sadly is what brought my review wayyyyyy down. The girls who were our servers, were condescending, impolite and really made our dinner not as wonderful as the food was. If the food is amazing and the service is amazing, you will always have a line out the door. If one of those two is lacking, especially in a foodie area like Vancouver, where people are going to spend their money where they want the most for their buck, it won't last. So hopefully servers like Deja And Lucy can get some more training in giving better service, customer care. Now for the food! We tried a bit of everything, and it was all delicious. We had the pork belly bowl, the dragon noodle bowl, the steak and frites and the tofu bowl. The flavours were all delicious and portions decent. The steak was asked to be cooked medium rare to medium. It was overdone. We found out later that Deja wrote down medium. We ordered two papaya salads to come out before our entrees, they came out after the entrees. again, it wasn't noted that we wanted them before our mains. All in all, we won't be back, as our first impressions just weren't enjoyable.

Great brunch place to meet up with a friend. Located on commercial, this restaurant has a cozy vibe when you enter. They had a variety of brunch items from benny's to breakfast bowls. They also had other things on the menu such as tuna tartar to vietnamese chicken noodle soup so it took me some time to decide. The traditional brunch had an asian twist to it which made it fun to order. I settled on one of their popular items which was the classic benny with pork belly. All bennies are served with english muffin, two poached eggs and roasted potatoes. The food did not disappoint. The english muffin and roasted potatoes were toasted just right and so were the poached eggs. The pork belly was interesting and pretty good.

My friend and I met up for brunch here. I'm glad we came here as they had many options during the lunch hour. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly. The interior felt warm and casual. Overall, the restaurant was clean. We had the b house breakfast bowl and the dragon noodles bowl. Both were delicious. I'd love to come back and try other menu items.

Came here on afternoon and ordered the bang bang shrimp, wings, and a few cocktails. The food looked amazing, but flavors were just ok. The drinks were mostly mid as well. I really wanted to like this place since the reviews and pictures looked so great, but overall the flavors just didn't really hit for me. While I was here there were only 2 other tables seated and the service was still slow and took a long time. I would expect things to be faster since it was so empty, I would hate to think what it would be like if it were packed!

Chanced upon a post on IG and decided to try it tonight. Chef is very creative. Vietnamese fusion was quite epic. Very interesting dishes that were far from what I'm familiar with in a regular Vietnamese restaurant. I specifically liked the Spicy Sushi Bombs and the Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup. Service was good. The lady kept coming back to check on us. She recommended popular dishes as well. Just learned that they opened 2 years ago and Covid hit. Ambiance is very clean and bright too. Will be back to try other dishes. There's quite a variety.

Saigon Caesar, B seafood benny, B House breakfast bowl

I love Asian fusion cuisine and had an incredible weekday brunch here. They serve brunch every day until 3pm. I also love supporting local businesses and Hung Nguyen is the chef and owner and he was also our server. I started off with a Saigon Caesar, which is a Caesar cocktail with soy sauce, lemongrass sour & lemongrass. If you enjoy Caesars, you need to try this. I ordered the B seafood benny: eggs benny with seafood croquettes, duck fat potatoes and truffle hollandaise. My hubby ordered the B House breakfast bowl: sliced beef, bang bang prawns, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, duck fat potatoes, poached egg and truffle hollandaise. The poached eggs on both dishes are topped with pearl caviar, which is made in house from red beet juice. The seafood benny was delicious but I loved the B House breakfast bowl and would highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to going back to try more dishes off their menu.

The food tasted quite good and the quantity was great as well. The ambiance was perfect, they also a patio setting which is really great in summers and the location is perfect as it's very accessible by public transport. The service was slightly slow probably because they were understaffed but i would still visit them again!

Great food, great price, great location! Easy online booking for 5ppl. We came for an early dinner before catching a show at the Rio. Come for happy hour 3-6pm, $5 drinks and $6 small plates. All delicious, I had a highball, the tuna cups, pork taco, and seafood croquettes. It was so good and best part was the $25 bill incl taxes! The pork taco was so juicy, albeit a bit messy, but so worth the mess. I want to come back to try their brunch!

Jam Cafe, Vancouver Jam Cafe is my favorite brunch spot. Anywhere. That sounds like an exaggeration. It isn't. I've been traveling to Vancouver for work for almost a decade, and every single trip includes a stop at Jam. If I'm lucky, two. I've also become that coworker who convinces everyone to meet outside at 7:45 in the morning so we can be part of the first seating at 8:00. Thankfully, we're all from the East Coast and have been awake since 5:00 anyway. Over the years I've successfully JAMfluenced more business travelers than I'd like to admit. And yes, it's still worth the wait even if you're not first in line. The restaurant itself is tiny. Cozy farmhouse vibes, mismatched decorations covering the walls, and maybe 15 tables between the dining room and patio. It feels more like someone's favorite neighborhood breakfast spot than one of Vancouver's brunch institutions. The menu is comfort food turned up to eleven. Everything is indulgent, creative, and somehow still balanced. You can tell the kitchen starts with great ingredients because every component tastes like it could stand on its own. I try to branch out every visit... and then usually end up ordering the Tater Tot Bowl anyway. Crispy tater tots, buffalo sauce, Mexican street corn relish, and ridiculously good pulled pork. It's the kind of dish that sounds like it shouldn't work, but every bite somehow gets better than the last. And then there are the cinnamon roll pancakes. They are enormous. They're also one of the best brunch dishes I've ever eaten. Birdfluencer Lorraine M. declared them the best pancakes she's ever had, and after several visits, I don't have much of an argument. Service is exactly what it needs to be. Friendly, efficient, and quick. The staff knows there's a line forming outside before the doors even open, but you never feel rushed. Overall, Jam Cafe has officially become part of my Vancouver tradition. At this point, a work trip to the city doesn't really start until I've had breakfast here. If you're visiting Vancouver and only have time for one brunch, this would be my pick without a second thought.

We were having gorgeous weather in Vancouver so we decided to eat on the covered patio. The place is pretty cozy, but was only moderately busy when we went. They have a pretty good menu with lots a Benedict's and a build your own breakfast option that seemed pretty nice. I took the recommendation from our server and got the bacon benny. It did not disappoint. I think I have recently discovered that I love poached eggs and these were perfect. The yolk was nice and runny and the white was firm but not hard. I like to cut in to my egg and have it run down and get messy on the plate. The hollandaise was excellent. So many breakfast places will serve it broken, but not here. It had the perfect amount of lemon, butter ratio for my taste and I really enjoyed it. The bacon was good, not to salty, and the english muffin was, well, an English muffin from a package that they toasted and out on the plate. I did splurge and paid the extra dollar for the truffle potatoes and they were very good. I love truffle oil on potatoes so I am a sucker for it whenever its on a menu. You just cant mess it up. Fried potatoes, truffle oil, and a lemon squeeze to bring it all together. My wife got the brunch burger and she loved it. It was a messy breakfast burger that a lot of places have but this one was done right. A poached oozy egg, on a burger patty with american cheese, the best burger cheese in my opinion, bacon, hollandaise and arugula on a brioche bun! It came with tater tots and they were nice and crispy just like she likes them. Well, why didn't I give it five stars you may be asking? Great question. Here it is, each plate came with a side that was just awful. Mine had some "fresh" fruit that nearly made me laugh. It consisted of the saddest, limpest piece of watermelon I have ever seen this side of a trash can. I also had an old crusty orange wedge and a single grape. My wife got a slimy side salad that I think was holding on for dear life. Both, we deemed inedible and moved on immediately. I think there is a rule, or at least there should be one, in restaurants that if you wouldn't eat it then don't serve it. There might be another one that says if you eat rotten food maybe get a different job and see rule one. Overall, we liked the place and would go back. But first, the food - I ordered scrambled eggs, chicken apple sausage and paid an extra $1 for truffled lemon potatoes. The verdict? 4 out of 5. I'd ordered the eggs "very soft" and they verged on medium-firm. They still tasted good. I'll gladly pay extra for the truffled potatoes next time. My husband ordered the salmon avocado benny. While he loved the tomato soup he chose on the side, he was less enamoured by the benny itself. I had a taste and was underwhelmed by a forkful of overripe avocado and slightly fishy-tasting salmon. We finished with an order of beignets which despite being freshly-fried, were bland; although the accompanying strawberry sauce was deliciously tangy-sweet. Onto the service. This place spins like a top, and I mean that in a good way. Although we came at a peak time, all front of the house staff we encountered -- from the hostess to our bubbly server, to the smooth manager -- struck a perfect balance of being in flow, working flawlessly together, and maintaining light conversation with us.
